like if a move has a +3 on shield, that means you have a 3 frame advantage over the opponent, meaning you have 3 more frames to do something than they do

if it has -3, they have 3 more frames than you to do something

Orion abuses most things that can be abused in this game to win.
A style many players hate but also many players respect, because its playing purely to win and that is hard to do sometimes.
But I like how he's calm and patient, waiting for the right moment instead of rushing. I still see him just standing still in that team battle for the first 10 second doing absolutely nothing.
