Most of the manga is pretty good (past the Level Upper arc) but they'll probably fill it with filler so useless characters like Uiharu get screen time.

A travesty for BAD TASTERS.

Railgun had a lot of crap. It was like a 50% of the time good show, which a lot of that time was Touma. A lot of the other fluff was fanservicey / borrrrring.
