Sonic 2 8-bit is the most misunderstood game ever. play the Master System version. it's way better than the GG version.

While I'm not a fan of the show as a whole, I honestly think the off-model animation in Steven Universe is really charming - it gives it a very homemade feel, sorta like the really early Aardman shorts.

I unironically believe Bubsy would be a better choice than Byleth. let's go through the reasons:
-He inspires some sort of strong reaction other than a sigh and a quiet "god dammit"
-He represents three notable periods of gaming history: the mascot craze, the rough transition to 3D and the nostalgia boom, as opposed to representing just another instalment in a protagonist-swapping series that already has tons of Smash rep
-While his design isn't too unique, he is instantly recognisable among other characters of his kind
-He could have a stage that isn't just walk-offs that sometimes get hard to reach platforms
I'd recommend watching this video if you have any sorts of feelings, positive or negative, towards Waluigi. Looking back on it, I honestly feel Everyone Is Here was a bad idea.
I feel sorry for Sakurai since fans misinterpret his every move as a malicious act of hate against a specific fanbase or "hatebase" and pass it off as a good thing.
Innocent or guilty, everyone deserves to be safe and happy.
My best guess as to why there isn't a Rayman Mii costume is because of hitboxes. modifying hitboxes for the Rayman costume would be more trouble than it's worth for both, players and devs, and it's just bad game design to give hitboxes to the limbs of a character without them.

I sometimes like to read reviews for movies on parent sites and laugh at some of the irrational ones - one bizarre trend I've noticed is parents calling their own children spoiled - I don't think they understand the meaning of that word, like at all - and even if they did it's a pretty trashy thing to shame a child, theirs or otherwise.
Most of MatPat's theories relating to lore are utterly ridiculous, but his theories related to statistics and development/production are actually rather interesting - like I'm 99.9% sure his KH3 Frozen theory is true.
YouTube recommended me an hour-long video power-scaling Ed, Edd n' Eddy characters. I'm not sure why that surprises me so much given some of the much weirder things I've seen online, but it does.
I never got why people say "clunky" as an insult towards platformers. I love "clunky" games like Crash.

the next Smash game should reject CGI trailers in favour of bringing back blog posts - it'd make spoilers easier to avoid, allow obscure characters to join the battle without wasting anyone's time with a long wait, surprise character drops would be hype as all hell and players would get a decent idea of how a character plays before they release
one thing I love about Wallace and Gromit is how the first movie is about going to the moon to eat cheese, and the most recent is about foiling a serial killer's revenge plot, yet they still feel like part of the same series and timeline with the same characters.

Despicable Forces (a Roblox parody of Sonic Forces featuring Despicable Me characters) is somehow genuinely better than the real Sonic Forces. I'd love to see a serious Sonic fangame or original IP by it's devs on a different engine.
I'd say the only "locks" in Smash history (outside of the OG 8) were Bowser in Melee and Inkling in Ultimate. pretty much every character other than them had something or other going against their Smash inclusion - heck, at least half of the OG 8 had things going against them: Fox had never fought on foot at the time, people thought Pokemon was a fad, Samus hadn't had a new game in a whole generation and Donkey Kong had only been playable in his own series once!
It must be hard to have a Mortal Kombat character as your most wanted Smash character, since the MK series as a whole is basically in the highest caliber of the "literally literally literally x10 impossible" camp of Smash newcomers given that the series as a whole is banned in Japan.
Remember that meme where Sakurai shows a top Fighters' Ballot list full of "wasted votes" and announces he's adding "Dark Classic Pit" instead? I find it hilarious how a majority of the characters on that list of "unworthy" characters got in Ultimate. I wonder what the person who made that meme thinks of as a "worthy" vote anyway...
