I told myself I would move to Wii Remote + Nunchuk once the game came out, but after deciding to main Lucas and hearing the wonders of B-sticking and using a button to jump, I migrated to the Classic Controller and loved it. I still need more practice, though. I only played Wii Remote once...

I tend to PK Fire a few too many times. Also, I use Nair far too little (but I have that problem with all characters; not trained well enough to let go of a stick before pressing a button).

I disagree. With almost any character, I spend a lot of my time in the air. My ground game is very weak. This is one of the reason I moved from Mario to Lucas. He just does better in the air, especially for me who uses it often.

I've used Psi Magnet off the stage many times. One reason is because I love the move. The second is that I find it more difficult to bair. But that's probably because I don't practice well enough. I should try it more often until I can pull both of them off easily.

I'm going home today so I'm available just for this weekend. Otherwise, it'll be a long wait until the next time. I have the fastest Linksys wireless router I could find, and it has helped a lot with lag (and I can easily do With Anybody now). PM me if you decide to destroy me.

Oh, goodie. I no longer have class interfering with the tournament. Now if I can figure out a way to get there that does not involve a long walk.

Even though I was too late to sign up, I was appreciative that the store here followed all the rules: 1minute, tournament mode, Battlefield stage, items, Wii Remote + Nunchuk. It was a blast to watch, even though the predictable Ike won.

I think those who played Melee have their brains wired to playing that, so now they have to rewire themselves, which is much easier than wiring new things when you had none before. (Psychology class talking here)

I feel kind of torn. I don't really want to win the tournament because if I do, I have to drop out of a tournament the following weekend, and if I win that, I have to leave the Smash Wars. Here's to me winning tonight and not bothering to show up for the second round.

Okay. I can't concentrate on my USAMTS. Sat there looking at a problem and have no idea how to proceed. Total time: 1 hour. I still need 3.5 hours just to get out of here. Maybe when I get back to my room, I would read the article I need to write about, then maybe lock myself and watch Ojamajo...
