i'm pretty free this week
aside from christmas and prolly christmas eve (there's also the possibility some family get together, i couldn't tell ya when. they always wait till the very last minute to do something)
and hoping it doesn't do anymore inclement weather
but as for next week i should be pretty busy, but i might be able to squeeze somethin in.
won't know till either thur or sat and see the schedule.

the only time i couldn't get around anywhere in boone
was pretty much when it was snowing unless it was really really heavy
i wanna say they news guy said 700 some wrecks this weekend were related to the weather
what sucks is i think they're calling for more stuff this weekend
heard it was gonna be mostly ice though, which has a tendency to knock the power out
so the roads never cleared up around my house
and prolly won't till tomorrow assuming it doesn't refreeze
living out in the country sucks

i think i have only placed in the money for singles twice...both in brawl...
i know i got 15 for 3rd at state and like 5 for the other one...
the only tourney i won was in doubles and i got 60...
i have come in second numerous times...
w/ lozr at billfest was the biggest i got 40 i think
i got second at both duke tourneys i have attended...both together prolly 20 bucks
i bet i have won around 150 total...
but spent around 300-400 lol
i never really thought of it that way but then again i never really thought of myself winning a tourney...
and all of the money i have won does not equal the money i have spent on gas, food, door and entrance fees
lol at you depending on mm's to pay for pound 4...

southern snow has more sleet and ice in it cause the temperatures are just barely at freezing
like todays snow for around here was sleet, then snow, and now it's getting ice on it.
and it really wouldn't matter how good a driver i was, tires don't stick to ice
i'm gonna get up at 8 and get an idea of the situation

but angel told me hickory was undrivable atm, he's been stuck at a friend's house all day
i'll check it here and call him and see what it's like there
if it stays where it's at then we just can't drive in it safely

i have done fairly well with melee so far, although i think the bottom half of the melee scene is weak compared to the brawl scene...
my goal is to get pr'ed...

if i could mod a controller that made me sh 100% of the time i would main fox

imo he tries for really fancy stuff that sometimes doesnt work
while you play safe and stick to the basics...
like your fox combos are utilt<utilt<utilt<grab<uthrow<uair...
effective, damaging stuff
while he wave lands and dashes around and hits you with an uair or fair...
i am not really sure what i am getting at but i think you both could learn from each others play styles...
the matches were pretty good...
