    Sorry, I was away for about 30 minutes at a job interview at 3 and forgot about it, talking to my girlfriend now.
    What exactly do you want to talk about?
    If its about improving the tech, the most likely avanues I see are combining it with other techs already. I haven't thought a lot about it or researched it yet, but a auto canceling into it would be interesting, I'd also be interested in dropping a shield for this. I know after you run and press shield you still have some of your momentum, so dropping shield after a dash and doing this could provide for some interesting movements. As a luigi and ZSS player, I'm interested in seeing us gain slide during our neutral b from this as well, perhaps even from reversal b during this.
    This tech has a lot of applications, and I'm very interested in exploring this with you.

    Sorry about last night my laptop is getting worst. After I get out of work today I'll have to set up my desktop computer again until I get this thing fixed.

    If your wondering what happend the overlord of my computer decide to turn off the power >_> ...yeah it's bad, ****ing spyware.

    I've got a question. Why do characters trip and fall down on their own? Is it random or something the player's doing?

    Do you switch from Sheik to Zelda often? I'm better with Zelda, and slower characters in general. Switching mid-match might be a good strategy if their wasn't the ending vulnerability. 'Sheik or Zelda' seems like a matter of preference not situational advantage. I don't play either so this all guessing.

    whats up, yea my sig is nastee lol. and its funny, cuz back in '07 or '08, a mod made me chanbge it cyz iut was innappropriate, but since it's been so long i decided to put it back up and they havent said anything for awhile. So i'm lucky i even get to use it, lol.

    I main Link and am good with Ganondorf, both of which were much better in Melee. In general and with Ice Climbers I don't mind CGs. CGs are fine in most cases, it seems like the principle of smashbros is changed when one grab=death. Link is really hard to go back and forth from other characters and sometimes the opponent chooses his/her character last. I have to pick a character that I'm bad with or one that I can't win with. DDD could get a generous 32% damage not including pummeling every time he grabbed even if grabs were limited to 3 reps (Dthrow, Dthrow, Bthrow). I guess in most cases I agree with you, Falco and DDD are my objections.

    I sometimes get really into discussions but try not to. What do you think about Dekar173's point about sponsorships not liking CGs etc? Brawl wasn't nearly as big of an event as I thought in the tournament I played in. Expansion's being hurt for getting players who like characters without good CGs or CG defense. CG regulation and maintaining tournament success are like 'choosing your poison'.
    I'm getting swept up in the debate energy and shouldn't be. 'Thanks for responding, write anytime.

    You saw my attempted thread, thanks for being understanding. Arguing about it is getting people nowhere. I didn't say ban CGs but not putting regulations on them is like saying ban over half the characters because they can't win if they're grabbed. I guess it's the tournament coordinator's decision anyway.

    Yeah, haven't been on the boards much at all. I've actually almost quit Brawl completely, I just play for fun with a few people at my school who still take it seriously.

    I've been playing a lot of Melee though, and I play Sheik and Marth about equally there, so I started playing them in Brawl, and I hate how Marth plays in Brawl, so I guess Sheik counts as my main now, lol. I still play a lot of Snake too.

    Weird that other old Falco's are doing that, though. Sheik is a lot of fun in Brawl, she just needs some help with matchups :)

    There is a thread for it on the Midwest tournaments page. It's on Saturday for two reasons. First I don't think the Portsmouth scene is too big. This will help out-of-towners be able to join. Second it starts at 4 so if you do have plans it can be done before anything starts up.

    Ya, I'm in P-town. I'm planning on having weekly smashfests at my place, that way we can hopefully get a scene going and start up a tournament from that.

    Anyway, Ganon always has a guaranteed down B after a footstool because it stops him from going up all the way. However, he can't get anything more out of it. There is no chance of an infinite because all of Ganon's attacks hit really hard.

    I remember seeing your name pop up during the Sheik-Kirby debates as one of the people with a good Sheik not going to MWC, and Tristan seems to vouch for you as well (though he didn't outright say it.).

    Also, if you don't mind me asking, what part of Ohio do you live in? I've heard you have a good Sheik, but not heard of good Sheiks in OH... Kind of wondering if it isn't like Shugo who lived in an isolated spot until he got rides and is now hailed as the best in OH.

    I just saw that your profile says you live in OH. Any chance of seeing you at the Springfield tourny this weekend? I want as much Sheik practice as possible to get a better idea of the matchup.
