In that case, Lucario isn't a cheap character either because his abilities can only be best exploited when he's taken enough damage and they are tricky enough that you have to literally learn how to use his attacks compared to other characters.

Having played Lucario plenty of times by now, I would not recommend Lucario to new players. His A moves are tricky to understand at first because of the displacement of hitboxes between his limbs and the Aura he projects. Like with his dair, you must hit a little below the foot, NOT with the...

He's balanced enough that he isn't overpowered or broken. His learning curve is higher than some other characters, though.

Like most people, I liked Lucario before Smash Bros. Brawl, with Diamond/Pearl, and his movie. He's in my Diamon team also. He's just one of my favorite pokemon of all time, really.
