Would it make sense to include some sort of geographic location for users on the OP? Even just like, "US midwest", "France", etc. Just so we can try to find players who are nearer to us for less lag too.

I'm coming for some PM singles and if there's PM doubles that too (once you go PM Bowser you can't really go back). I have two TVs- one tiny CRT and a small cheap LCD monitor (don't know about lag issues on that one). I can also bring a wii + PM and maybe a GC + melee if I can find the cables...

hey, I'm at U of I too and would love to play. I'm at Allen hall, btw. I'm pretty sure I went to marth1's apartment a couple of times (w/ robin) and did some doc/bowser action. It might have been someone else though. Hopefully I'll have more time this semester than last.

also remember you can do a quick waveland back onto the stage and shield right after the frames of invincibility end from hanging. That's pretty useful, especially against characters such as marth where being on the edge is scary. You can even wavedash to grab if they are unsuspecting of it.

What is the best way to edgeguard against a Marth? I have found that the lightshield --> edgehog trick works pretty well for someone who consistently sweetspots, and sometimes the downtilt works as well (hopefully you cc the sword from the up b and still have time to swipe him, but it requires...

It's a good idea to klaw if you see them shielding (if they wanna make it really obvious) or, based on previous failed fair ledgehops, guessing, or experience against the player, you think they are gonna shield. I love surprising a high percent opponent by grabbing them from the ledge then...
