Not the Sonic news I expected in this drought-or how I expected to receive it-but awesome!
I never learned why it's called a "DaBaby Convertible" even though it clearly has a roof.
I so want to start a Sonic Mania 2 creation thread but I feel like I should wait until the Infinite one slows down a bit. I think it's a bit egreigous to expect people to keep their attention to four or five different creation threads, also I want to wait until the other ones gain some more momentum so that the Mania 2 thread gets a strong start.
Why do people hate Technicals? I'm not saying you have to enjoy his content or anything, he just doesn't seem like a very problematic person from what I've watched.

Excited for tomorrow. This'll be my first April Fools on Smashboards.
Finally beat Sonic 3 with Hyper Sonic. And honestly, I'm not sure which final boss I like more, Doomsday Zone or Final Hazard.
Like, Doomsday Zone is a much better challenge, but Final Hazard is much better story-wise.
Hyper Sonic is awesome, but I don't know if I like him more than the duo of Super Sonic and Super Shadow.
And the controls are equally solid across both fights.
I also love the aftermath of each fight-Angel Island's resurrection and Shadow's then-death, and how the characters in each game react to those historical events.
And they're both great endings to two of my favorite Sonic games.
At the end of the day, I think Live and Learn pushes Final Hazard over the edge for me, but it is very close.
When you realize there was more effort put into the 3D All Stars logo than the actual 3D All Stars collection.
There are a couple of weird things about Mario Galaxy's postgame I'll never understand.
Like, why does the life counter go back to 3 after beating the game?
Why does Peach still say she's in a "faraway place" even though she's saved?
Furthermore, why does Rosalina get new postgame dialogue but Peach doesn't?

It feels like every time I wake up, I make a choice that determines that day's events:
Is the blue stuff on Sonic referred to as spines, quills, or fur?
I don't need that much for the next Sonic game in terms of plot, but I just hope they do one of two things.
A. Establish, explain, and explore the Two Worlds thing Takashi Iizuka came up with (i.e. how do Sonic and his friends get from world to world? What is the name of Sonic's world? How can Angel Island be in both worlds?)
B. Debunk it, and confirm that the whole series takes place on Earth, with South Island acting as the "cartoony" Sonic place, and the rest of the planet being home to more realistic settings.
I clicked on a video earlier that ranked all of Sonic's abilities-and I hated it. I hated it so much I'm going to make my own, better ranking instead of complaining.
I don't think I've heard a voice clip of Ryan Drummond's Sonic that has more power than this one.
Probably gonna change my pfp after my AMA: I just finished Shovel Knight (as in, all the DLC) and I kind of fell in love with every single character.
You shall never play Sonic 3 the same way again.
Just had a random thought, what if there was a Mario horseriding game and it was called Mario Mare?
I have a fear that, one day, I'll take a break for a day from the Smash Infinite thread without knowing we're submitting Sonic characters. And that by the time I get back, the only "viable" options left will be Chaos and Bark, Bean & Fang.
I really loved Sonic 2 when I first played it, due to both the fast-paced nature as compared to Sonic 1 and the overwhelmingly positive critical reception. But over time I've really grown to loathe the Special Stages and how you get to them, the god-awful screen crunch, and the game's annoying back half, so over time it's become my least favorite of the Classic trilogy.
It's still good, but if you held a gun to my head and told me to choose three Classic Sonic games to keep, I would say 1, 3&K, and Pocket Adventure.

Currently reading Ready Player Two. No spoilers, but I'll just say this: I did NOT expect to see references to Herobrine and Sonic.exe.
For a second Sonic character, Bean and Bark would honestly be awesome. I mean, back in the day they were exclusive to Fighters and Sonic crossovers with other games. IDK, I think it would just be unpredictable and cool.
The Portal series has both my most wanted stage and my least wanted fighter.
I beat Shovel Knight recently. Very good game.
