Yeah, you could probably go to the library and do it. Maybe if you have an iPod or something you could scan it at the library then transfer it to your ipod. Or just e-mail it to yourself.

Kinkos or something could probably scan it for you and put it on a disk, too, but I'm not sure about that.

I don't know for certain, but you should have a decent knowledge of the game and, most likely, experience/sufficient knowledge of the online metagame (mostly for Shoddy Battle) I lack knowledge of Shoddy and am guessing that's why I was rejected a short while back.
