    Did some more research, turns out sending it in to Sony only get's you a different PS3 with a new HDD. So basically I will be sending in my PS3, paying $150, and getting a "refurbished" PS3 without my memory. Hooray.

    I suppose all I can do now is buy a new one if I wish to save my memory (level 17 on Fallout 3, Complete LittleBigPlanet, MGS4, Rock Band, BioShock, and much more.)

    Is the guide to exchanging your HDD on the Sony site or the PlayStation site?

    I've got a friend of mine visiting tomorrow, he's going to take a look at it because he's got some experience with this kind of thing.

    If I do get a new one I will probably end up buying the cheapest available system and throwing in my 60GB HDD with all my game memory on it. Two years worth of hard work and gaming is not an easy task to bring back. Unless of course the issue is directly related to the HDD...then I'm not sure I should be throwing the very reason my old PS3 bricked into my new one..

    I've looked everywhere and tried some of the most absurd solutions I could find, I even took a compressed air pump to my system, and nothing...

    Although I have heard of a case in which someone sent their system in for repair and they claimed they would not repair it because there was too much dust, but they wouldn't even send him pictures of the allegedly "over-dusty" PS3. Odd.

    I've considered tinkering with the Hard Drive, but I'm afraid it may void any warranty I might have left, but I suppose that if my warranty expired long ago I've got nothing to lose anyway.

    My PS3...has...it's....it bricked....

    I got the extremely rare, 1 out of 1000 systems, Yellow Light of Death...me, of all people during Christmas Break...

    I have no idea when the Warranty ended, and have yet to contact Sony over the matter. I'm afraid they may refuse to fix it over Warranty issues. $600 and two years later it breaks. ****.

    After much thought and searching, I have proved us both wrong. A theory is much like a hypothesis(that I stated earlier), but it has many definitions and all include it not being 100% correct or anything in that alley. So in other terms, you fail. Check Wiki, it has everything in there.

    EDIT: I think I figured it out. Central time is two hours ahead of mine.

    Exactly my thoughts.

    Took a minute to think about a Ken costume, realised throwing stickers on Ryu would bring about the same affect of a Ken costume.

    Same thing with alternate costume colors.
