I'm partial to the dark blue (Fusion suit) and black (Dark Suit). I wish Samus' dark suit was the actual suit from MP2 and not just a color swap.

You people need to learn your Metroid. The pink suit is the NES Metroid Varia Suit. IMO, the ZSS version of it should have had Green hair to mimic the armorless Samus that you can play for beating the game in under three hours, or by inputting the code, "JUSTIN BAILEY", but Sakurai hates Metroid fans, so she's still a blonde.

The suits are:
Super Metroid Varia Suit, Fusion Suit (Kinda, the shape is off. Oh well.), NES Metroid Varia Suit, Gravity Suit, Dark Suit (More of the wrong shape. Should have been Phazon Suit, which is far sexier.), and... well, okay, that suit is just ugly as hell and has no basis. But they need a green team Samus.

I also really wish they'd do the Hazard Suit at some point.

Dark Suit ZS Samus is the best, otherwise i just use the default light blue from the Power suit.

Other than that i'd have to go with regular or fusion, but green sucks on like every character. I remember in SS64 when pika looked like he was about to puke.
