We may have also used MK or Pit, though. Wolf is great for his blaster and his really good air attacks. D3 for his air attacks, and if you throw a gordo, Tabuu is ****ed. Sonic - well, he's fast and he can jump high. Snake - Strong air attacks, even though his jump sucks, his upsmash is good too. Marth - Fast, good air attacks, Falco - blaster, good jump and air attacks.

Jiggly for the stage;

Pit for shielding the Dragon Lasers
Snake/D3
C. Falcon for epicness
Sonic for the trophy
yes,i don't beat tabuu everytime,i want his trophy anytime i challenge him.

Sounds like the all-star team right there. Too bad it's physically impossible to contain any more epicness than one C. Falcon in the universe without breaking the space-time continuum.

Only done SSE once to unlock characters. I find this mode pretty boring if you want my opinion.

It was probably another order tho. Only one I'm sure of is Samus who was first.

That was my team when I first beated Tabuu.
Sonic scored the Final Blow my first time fighting him.
Once I got used to the Off-Waves, Luigi has been doing the final Blow.

I only picked one character, Captain Falcon, thats more than enough to beat Tabuu.

This was before I started Using Zelda so I've got, Ike, Toon Link, Cpt Falcon, Snake, Mr. Game & Watch, and Sonic.

To outright kill him, I only needed to use Sonic. I used him the very first time I fought him, and had no problem. Bosses are fun, since you only have to twitch and recognize an attack, and be ready to dodge it (with Sonic's Spring Jump. :p)

But to Trophy him, I use the following:

Ike (deals good damage to start off weakening him),

then Wolf (more damage dealt, plus chips away slowly with Blaster),

then Falco (better at doding, plus continues shaving off litle damage),

then Fox (uber dodges, shaving away damage),

then Pit (shaves away last bit of damage, while flying back to stage),

then Lucario (work on dodging game and reflexes while getting ready to trophy him).

It never fails.

I used Pikachu and didn't need the other 5 , but it was only normal difficulty. The other 5 were Marth , Meta Knight , Capt Falcon , Ice Climbers and King Dedede.

Does it count that the first time I beat the game (which was straight up Intense) that Sonic ended up becoming one of my 13 favorite characters, and earned his place as my main at that time? (Lucario just flowed a little better than Sonic did, once I gave him serious trials)

I actually went back and beat Tabuu like a month ago on intense again. I used
Metaknight
Pikachu
R.O.B.
Charizard
Lucas
DDD
Pikachu, ROB, and Lucas did most of the work really. Metaknight was really just used to navigate to Tabuu and everyone else was just filler characters for extra damage.

Pretty much the characters with multi-hit aerial attacks, the exception of Marth. ^^;;

Plays on Intense of course. ._.

(Peach got rid of half of his damage and Squirtle got a average low damage but Dedede got his Hammer and whacked him with a tiny little bit of health and ZSS just Jumped and kicked and he got defeated by Team Pokeprincess DeZeeDe.)
