I dont think she is the best character is just that she is amazingly good against the style of play most of the players have now... i still remember how ken beat mango and i know mango wasnt as good as before but thats the way you should play against him.

That list really isn't true. She does have to approach, particularly against spacies. She does have a really good recovery, but it's not ungimpable and isn't infinite. Rest is DIable at early percents, and you can totally learn to double stick tech rests that happen to you on the ground. Not every move/grab leads to a rest, and she can be comboed.

Sure, it's a lot tougher against her though, but it can be done. However, in general, it seems like she's not a character you should be approaching with the intent to combo to death.

I don't know if she's the best character in the game, especially since "the best" character has been fluctuating for some time now, between Sheik, Marth, Fox, Falco, and now Jiggs. It could change again.
