Worst character and why......

In this thread I am asking the question of your worst character in details.......
EXAMPLE: Worst: Gannondorf Reason: the reason is mostly speed and jump ability I am a bowser main but gannondorf is slower than bowser and the jump physics for him are difficult because he got much more floatly from melee

I am creating this thread to find out if anyone is haveing technical problems such as physics like I am having.......I will try to work out these "Technical Problems" to use them to my own advantage but I want to see what other technical problems people are having but if you just are bad with a character because of a moveset post here anyway it makes the tread look good...:chuckle:

Yup he sure is.

Well my worst character is Toon Link because he just feels to "floaty" to me and I find it difficult to control him in the air.

MY worst would have to be Ike. My controller seems 10x heavier when I play as him, and I HATE exerting myself when it comes to games.

My worst is Ice Climbers because I have never practiced desyncing in order to have it be useful to me. If I learned to desync just fine, then my worst would probably be Lucario. He's a huge combo character and has that oh-so-LOVELY special ability of his, but honestly, I hate using him so ****ing much.

As crazy as it sounds, I can't stop killing myself as MK. He's just too loose for my taste and believe it or not, feels more sluggish then Link himself, but that's most likely due to my playstyle. He may be broken, but I still can't play him worth crap. I dunno, he feels so restricted and weak when not used defensive when need be. I guess my game suffers without the use of projectiles where I can't use them.

SORRY TO SAY THIS BUT TRUTHFULLY THEY ARE ALL EUALLY CRAPPY OR GOOD IF YOU SUPPOSE ALL OF THE CHARACTERS ARE MADE TO BE ABLE TO BEAT ONE ANOTHER.......THE GAME IS MADE SO THAT ANY CHARACTER CAN DEFEAT THE NEXT GUY. IT USUALLY DOESNT HAPPEN BUT IF YOU GOT USED TO SNAKES PROJECTILES THEIR FLIGHT PATTERNS AND WHATNOT SNAKE COULD BE A GREAT CONTENDER................i SOULY BELEIVE THOUGH THAT SO MANY PROJECTILES ON ONE CHARACTER CAN BE KIND OF "CHEAP" BUT ITS IN THE GAME AND THEY CANT CHANGE IT NOW.......

Wow stfu with the caps. My idiot friend said that. It was a pretty obvious joke, considering it was in quotes.
And it doesn't matter how the game is made if we twist it into something different. Which is why you don't see many viable tourney characters. No two characters in this game are equal.

I don't know any charecter I really "suck" with. Maybe Jiggz because I don't use rest to kill.

There's no possible way to create enough balance between 35 COMPLETELY different characters (sans the clones) to undermine the existence of a tier system. Equality doesn't exist, therefore a tier must. Now, a character's placement may very well be argued (jiggs for hai teer pl0x), but the existence of a tier cannot.

On a side note, the Snake post was a quote, and I LIEK CAPS TOO.

Edit: Alas, I was beaten to the point.

:dizzy:no holy hell please now what I mean by equallity is that they have to make each character at least have a chance to each other.......they cant make a character that just ruins everyone that is not how the game is made........The original creaters didnt know that the tier list would come about.obviously. And in the game they made each character have strengths weaknesses and mids according to how they were planned....bowser for example..slow and doesnt jump very high.....made up in brute power and weight.....fox weak and light.....made up in pure lightning speed and agility. Now in the smashing world as the game became to be competetive the foxes and falcos seemed to rise above because in competetive play having weight and power doesnt work as well as speed and agility which is why we see lots of starfox characters on high tier

GO CAPS!!!!

I think it has a bit less to do with character strengths than it does how they're combated and what their weaknesses are. Being fast is good, but if your offense is still kinda poor and if shielding completely wrecks you, then you're not going to make it too high. Being strong is good, but if you can't find a way to put it to use most of the time and if you die easily, then you're probably not going to make it too high.

This isn't to say that you need no weaknesses to be top tier (lol MK), but... well, for example, Marth lacking a projectile and having weak throws isn't too big of a problem because the rest of his offense can cover those weaknesses and his throws can still set up for his strengths. On the other hand, Ivysaur's damage racking potential is nice and he has good range on some of his attacks, but when it comes to killing, he starts to fall apart... not because of power, but because it's hard to land his killing moves against a wary opponent. Charizard can't even safely come out unless Ivy sets up for him This is why PT suffers/

I just can't play as Ike.

Everything about him makes me feel slow, and when I'm off the stage, I fall like a rock. There's no way to freakin' recover with the guy. Atleast his A button combo is easy to hit with, though.

It could be King Dedede...without the chaingrabbing, I don't know how on earth this character is Top tier. How else do one play with this character? Seriously, I must be doing it wrong.

I also suck with "crap" characters like Captain Falcon and Jigglypuff, but that's more so because they as characters are very limited/mismatched. You can only polish poo so much before...you realize you're handling turd.

Mine is probs smake,
he's too tactical for my liking and id rather not have to think about the placement of every mine and grenade and how long im holding the grenade for.
He's just too unnatural for me, and i always seem to nair myself to death.
I also cant use wario, which is weird cos the boards says he handles like jiggs in melee, and jiggs was my main so i dont see why i cant use him. I always expect the up b to be bigger than it actually is.

Ice Climbers : Because I've never bothered learning them.
Pikachu : I hate Pikachu, he's awful in the air.
Pit : I play people with reflexes, so dumb arrow games don't work. Up close, he just gets zoned and is helpless.

Pretty much ._,

Im not saying these are the worst, these are just the people I'M worst with

Diddy: Dont know, just suck with him

Ice Climbers: I get confused a lot when playing with them, and the lesser ice climber always dies, ruining my recovery

Pit: I just hate him so much, that there is no way possible i can be good with him

Zamus: Just a bad character in my oppinion, no good moves

I'm horrible with Jiggs. I feel like I can never really touch anyone and am out prioritized and generally slower than my opponent. I also feel that Rest is harder to land and pretty much worthless compared to what I was used to in Melee.

Ice Climbers: Having to use two people at once? Good grief, here comes my 3 stocked moment...I cannot manage both for the life of me.

Jigglypuff: I like aerial combat, but not when its strictly aerial. I cannot deal with this puffball.

Olimar! >.< Just because I get depressed when I have to kill his Pikmin and watch their adorable little souls float up and disappear so I end up not playing as hard because I feel bad :urg: He's got a built in mindgame :(

Either Diddy or Sonic. I have no banana mindgames, and I don't know how to do anything with Sonic. I just spindash around spamming random smashes, tilts, and aerials.

Olimar... I think he is the worst fit in smash history. I dislike his ground and air attacks. The recovery he has is also annoying. With such a large nintendo universe I was sad the hero from such a minor franchise with such a shallow back story made the list for brawl.

Pikmin-minor franchise with shallow back story!!!
I cant believe u said that, pikmin was such an awesome game, and it was quite a large franchise-
it made it into the top 25 nintendo gamecube games at 14th if i remember correctly
pikmin is such a good addition to the game, gives a bit of variety.
Worst fit in smash history would have to be snake but he is still fun to play as even if i dont have a clue how to play as him.
