I've always believed Alph should've been a clone of Olimar instead of a costume, and Dark Meta Knight would please Kirby fans, so I'll press.

the only character I main/secondary that is disposeable is Pichu, and as much as I like him Bandana Dee will make up for it

Rosalina and Bowser Jr. switch places with Daisy and Captain Toad (Daisy and Captain Toad are unique Smash 4 newcomers, Rosalina is an identical Peach echo and Bowser Jr. is cut)

Absolutely not. 3 is rather barebones for FE, and 8 is probably a bit much for Kirby, even though I want a lot of characters between them.
