Wow... a whole set of specials? Lemme think:

Neutral B: SSB64 Falcon Punch (much, much quicker)
Side B: Green Missile (best sideB recovery move?)
Up B: Dolphin Slash (recovery, kill move, invincibility frames, anti-air, oos, etc.)
Down B: Spin Charge (learn what ASC is about, and you'll understand why I need a Spin Charge)
Final Smash B: Super Sonic. (you know, Super Sonic could destroy a LandMastah anyday of the week)

Neutral B: Inhale(that way there I could get lasers, falcon pawnches, etc etc)
Side B: Fox Illusion(Who wouldn't want to be able to move that fast?)
Up B: Wings of Icarus(see above, replace "move that fast" with "fly." Also, free easy transportation)
Down B: Infinite dimensional cape ftw!(Becoming effectively invisible when you want, and being able to use it to teleport? sounds good to me)
