A bracelet.
I'm in my school's drumline and last year we made it to the atlantic coast championships. Our visual director, Mr. Foster (Like a gay dad), made us these bracelets and we ended up getting 3rd place and beating our biggest rival, Daniel Boone high school.

My running watch. Without it I don't know how long I've been running, what time it is, no alarm to wake me up or remind me of something, and lastly I can't time other people by setting a timer or using chrono. I feel very strange when my watch isn't on my wrist. I even have a visible watch tan when it's off.

A Necklace of mine...
It's called the Martyr's Cross... It's a cross made up of an Ak-47 shell casing with 3 magnum .41 casings attached to it (one at the top and 2 at the sides). In world war II my family made these as religious symbols since other crosses were unavailable.
Although I am an atheist... I still have a deep connection to the symbolism behind it. It's a symbol of the line of my family... these necklaces are passed down from generation to generation.
Can't wear em at airports though lol.

Probably my worry stone and angel card I keep in my purse (I'm not really religious, but I got the angel card for "opportunity" the day I was accepted into college, so I like to keep it) and the notes from my Mom and Nan from when I first moved into college...they still make me cry.
