I must say it's definetly Final Destination, among others are Shadow Moses Island and Battlefield.

Big Blue has an awesome background.
Spear Pillar has a good background with Palkia (Purple Sky ftw)
And Bridge of Eldin... you can see Hyrule Castle from SSB64!
