What Are Some GOOD Things About Your School?

In light of the "what's 1 bad thing about your school" topic, i couldnt find anything bad about my school, so i've decided to make a more positive thread.

ranked in top 100 high schools (but we're dropping...)

Our football team is awesome. A classic "my dad can beat up your dad" scenario .
Aside from that, most of our teachers are either nice, tolerable, or laid back. We have open campus lunches as well, which is always nice.
My school is also right across from the mall, a block away from both a Books A Million and a skate park, and is about a mile or two away from the city zoo.

My school had pretty down to earth teachers minus 2 or 3 pricks and some very attractive ladies, also it was located near the woods so there was always fresh air.

That I can stay at home. I don't have to put up with stupid people that way :D But really, it helps me a lot to concentrate better...or worse if you will, lol. But I'm still happy about it.

2. Tolerant (each one of us is so different from the rest you get used to it)
3. Teachers are generally pretty kewl.
4. The food is great.
5. All the popular kids play Magic and are generally geeks.
6. We're all nerds, no two ways about it.
7. Outskirts of town, there's always a breath of fresh air.
8. It's a liberal school, we get to see anti-war propaganda in History class.
9. The students are generally nice.

Anyways, the best thing about my school is that you can trick the teachers into a conversation and get them to forget about what we were supposed to do in class. All i have o do is mention something like a teachers' union, and they freak out and go on a 40 minute tangent about their views. Amazing.........

I go to a charter school, love it or hate its a decent school.
1) Most teachers are cool, understanding and actually try to get to know you
2) Everyday halfday
3) Teachers are rooting for us to come up with some sweet senior pranks and made us plan a skip day (we are a kinda lazy senior class)
4) We will be the first class to actually graduate
5) EL school (expeditionary learning); so supposedly hands on learning stuff
6) Clicks and a popularity pyrimid don't exactly work when you only have like 27 kids in your class
7) Independant study, so study whatever you want pretty much
8) Senior Expedition (despite my hate for it) allows you to plan start to finish your own project.

Academy for Technology Excellence. Basically microsoft owns my school and so we get to take microsoft cert tests for free. Yeah.

- Girls are hot
- There is actually alot of smash players here
- Funyuns for 65 cents.
- Nice campus
- One of the most advance computer labs in the country
- Red and blue are the school colors.

My school is located in rural Montana so we don't have that many kids so the students are able to have more hands on help from the teachers. I also have really funny teachers.

High tolerance for any type of person, there is very little hazing, everyone is pretty much friendly or at least polite to each other. Jocks, nerds, emos, teachers pets, preps, gays, straits, all get along pretty well with each other.

That's awesome... if school started an hour later on Monday then I wouldn't dread the start of the week as much... also spring schedules sounds pretty sweet too... and I wish my school had only around 1,000 students. =/

Actually, the majority of kids with learning disabilities have higher than average intelligence.

Umm, it's one of the best schools in the province, most of the teachers are great, the principal is smart enough to fire the bad teachers (my science class is on our third teacher this year), we've got a good number of hot girls for such a small school, and that's about it.
