Playing games on the PC *IS* better no doubt. And your right it's not that bad, but if things continue the way they are they could that bad.

But atm Blizzard are still gonna represent with SC2 and D3, so there are still exclusives to get excited about.

Activision is seemingly doing their best to **** with that, though. Seriously, no LAN?

Also, the next few games you would buy off Steam, buy off Impulse. Stores in America are closing their PC department due to inability to compete with Steam, and I'd rather they don't get a monopoly on the PC sales market. :p Besides, Impulse is fine as a DDS.

EDIT: Also, Champions Online is on 360, and DC Universe Online will be on Ps3. Maybe the other way around.

Our top student (TER 99.95) studied for 3 hours Monday to Friday, and relaxed over the weekend... That study was study study, not doing assignments and stuff (that went on top of the three hours)... I reckon if you use that as a guide you should do well (I couldn't be stuffed, to be honest, doing that much study :p)

I got a pretty solid 91 or something, and that was with a 70% average IIRC... Gets you into most things (not Law/Eng though :p)

BADMINTON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Such awesomeness :p We came up with a variant - a cross between Badminton and Four-Square, played at night with only one light on in someone's horribly misshapen driveway... Best holidays ever xD

Hummmmm.... I really really shouldn't.... Work Friday + Saturday, and I really need to start studying for my exams considering they are in two week's time, and I have been raging at Occ Hygiene so much that I couldn't study at all for the last 3 weeks...

Summarising: 50/50 chance for me, but definitely won't be staying longer than like 6 hours or so :p

Shouldn't it be worse over here??? Since Steam offers US prices for games, therefore automatically making them pretty much half price??? Even JBs can't do nuffin about no-one with that price...

I would keel over and die from the laughter if it didn't - I know about 5 people who bought a Wii specifically for MH3 :p

EDIT2: Got my Wii + Brawl today ^^ JBs had a deal where you get Brawl + Wiimote + WiiPlay for $79 - I think it was a typo, but I just rolled with it xD Apparently Brawl is still selling for $100 at othee places!!!

EDIT3: Anyone know where I can find Paper Mario for the GC???

I believe what you will see is a merger of lounger room entertainment with pc entertainment_ Basically consoles will become so much like pc that they will basically merge functions and you will see a console/ pc hooked upto your tv that does everything both will do_

You're already seeing a merge of interests with such things as multimedia functionality on consoles_ internet browsing, music, video, picture browsing, gaming (duh), bluetooth and dvd/blueray capabilities and graphical enhancements comparable to mid range pc's_

The ps3 has already shown it's capable of brilliant looking games, and with the usb ports you are capable of using a mouse and keyboard with it_ DC Online will no doubt prove that MMO's can cross onto the console as you will see little to no difference in graphical comparison, consoles will handle the load and you will also be able to play like a pc via keyboard/ mouse_

Consoles are reducing the need further for pc's to exist for gaming_ I see that laptops will become your personal experience for pc programs and consoles will become your standard gaming and multimedia format_ We will no longer have any use for a standard pc setup and instead have the portable market as our standard pc and consoles as our gaming/ entertainment standard_

yeah blood bowl is pretty alright.

it is pretty much grid iron, but it's Warhammer's/games workshop cover on it

it's really really based on luck, it uses dice rolls and whatnot like the original board game

Scary how technology progresses hm??? I always knew that the graphics would get better as we progressed forward, but I never really fathomed until now that you could do so much with the one machine :p

Hopefully the consoles will keep some form of variance and not just become the same machine with a different name, as that what it seems to be lurking towards ('cept the Wii :p)

How'd the nationals talk go by the way (or was there any :p??)

I saw the pic Mic uploaded like 4 days ago.

bloody got owned at my first yu-gi-oh tourney. had to take out 18 banned cards 4 days be4

I lost the first 3 rounds then won the last 2. (everyone had 5 rounds) Lot of good and nice people there. Josh aka Nasch was there too. he beat me in a friendly. I'm well prepared for next time.




I'm most likey to come to the next brawl tourney with aiden and possibly others.

So if Andre is holding the smashfest this weekend, I'll plan to hold a tournament the 8th (need practice before SQUAT :p) but if we don't get at least 10 people I'll call it off, I realise exams and stuff are going on.

Ummm Nasch is Andy...
If you're talking about Josh (aka my friend Josh, aka guy who doesn't shut up) then yes he does go, I'm not sure if andy goes to tournaments.

We can totally do a NSMBWII 4 PLAYER CO-OP RUN THROUGH.


I just thought of the sexiest toon link kill move i am going to call it:

TRIPPLE TOON COMBO.

Basically grab a bomb throw boomerang one side quickly dobule jump throw bomb up fast fall while pulling out another bomb throw that up THEN UP SMASH THE **** OUT OF THEM ONCE THE BOOMERANG HITS THEM AND THEY GO FLYING INTO THE TWO BOMBS. Yes this isn't really all that wowish but if i ever pull it off i will say TRIPPLE TOON COMBO YEO.

Planning out a epic one that goes like this:

Grab down throw, grab again down throw run behind them Bair once go other side of them as you bair once then grab back throw to bair to arrow cancel there way to down tilt to DAIR. I'm going to call it:

TOON MUCH ****.

I'm hoping to land the TMR as i should say on Vlades falco.

I should be confirmed although i have a friends engagement party the night before so we'll see how it goes ;)

Hopefully next tournament i will be able to finalise the placement of our previous tournament contestants and update them along with the new results_

I think we should bring back the table. Have the last Starfox tournament be the first official Perth Brawl ranking battle, and start a league from there. Every playthrough of Starfox (from Corneria to Venom) is one ranking season. Winner is crowned at the end. No real prizes, just adoration from the people.

I just might have to grab you and throw that bird into the boomerang to my upsmash. Nah you always know what to do in bad situations like that.

I most likley will come tourney. I think exams are on a thursday and friday on november 5th and 7th... Or 24th can't remeber.
