Which month did u intend to come to Adelaide in?
After October 30th lan the next one is Dec 4th.
Then after that its reloaded on Jan 16th

the bus was 60 bucks there and back, which is ok i suppose.. my grandparents place nearly killed me, thank god my cousins lived up the road, they actually had electricity in their home D:

then you have added costs of food and drinks on the way there and back, and at the venue, and whatnot.. blargh

Did you still want me to bring my music-boxes??? Unfortunately that's pretty much the only thing I can offer (oh, and I can bring a powerboard too)...

Also, I agree with the top 8 (or like, the last 4-5 matches) being played on the same TV... however, why not set up one TV as a "feature" TV which records all of the matches there, and then try and arrange for the good matches to be played there??? Of course, Vlade should probably decide who gets to play on that TV then so that he gets the matches he wants to record on there (since it's his camera 'n' all :p at least I assume it's his???)

(Don't forget to change the venue on the OP of this topic :p Not that it matters, since most people will read the actual tournament thread anyway, but... just in case??? ^^")

When sam went to rocky it reminded me of how goku was stuck in this training thing while recovering so yeah sam is going to be much more scary now then usual.

Lord Bowser how will the payouts go?

Screw that, Mt God if it has an audio in port I have a male to male 3.5mm jack cord, hence can plug it in mp3s or something and through a stereo.

And then the road hits a prism and you're officially screwed :p (<< Physics humour) Anyway, I just use Google Maps as a time indicator, usually it's only about 5-10% out which is pretty good :p

It plugs in through the headphone port of whatever, so it can play music from laptops, MP3s, or anything else you can use headphones with :p Hooray Logitech!!!!

Man, this weekend's going to be hilarious (prepping by listening to Judith by APC) :p Though please don't record my matches - don't want to be laughed at by more than the Perth crew just yet xD Just wait til I get rid of the dodge roll habit plz :p

is light really part of physics? like the speed of light stuff is sure but light defracting through a prisim?

Don't worry man I dodge roll alot as well, it's a habbit I really need to lose as well :p Id get a video anyway , people critique to help you, not laugh :p
Heck I wouldn't be as good as I am now if Bob and Graeme wern't constantly giving me pointers and picking up when I do something bad.

Light, refracting, relfection etc are all to do with physics.

Videos are the best way to sit back and observe your own mistakes alongside Marty's point of critique which can really important_ Either way keep those tourneys rolling and you'll learn all too quickly_

I can come Sunday and bring my usual wii + brawl but no tv this time_ Still nobody want to be my doubles partner_ **** i'm not that bad_

Well, I'm partnering with Fractal, since he's sorta used to my wayward lasers by now :p I heard Level 9 Luigi was looking for a partner though...

Anyway, I'll be consciously thinking about how I am playing on Sunday, so it's either going to be a top 4 finish or a complete disaster :p I'm leaning somewhere towards the latter xD

EDIT: Just wondering, who really started the Perth scene??? I'm guessing Vlade and Mic had a big part in it (hence moderator status), but who else founded Perth Brawl?

Vlade is relatively new to smash when compared to bringer and mic actually.
Vlade has been a major contributing factor to the perth scene but thats mostly only been for this year.

A brief history on perth brawl

Last year after brawls release we had a few seperate tournament organisers who did their own things, initially tournaments were held by bob and caletra (chris, a guy who mysteriously disappeared from the scene one day), after a while i decided to hold my own tournaments. I held regular tournaments at my place. that stopped once i started having renovations done when niv took over and held a few tournaments of his own. pretty much after a while vlade decided itd be a good idea to hold a yournament, came across the joondalup arena and started hosting his Objection series.

Recently Jupz held a tournament of his own, devoted to the eloquent beauty and grace of the fabled mic_128. Legend has it that the great mic was to sign the controller of the person deemed most worthy.

Now trav is having his tourny on sunday

thats a brief summary of how things developed

Actually Vlade's first tournament was 27th of September 2008, it was a tournament at Andre's house. That was actually my first one as well, but then I disappeared for a long time, only to return like mayish this year.

actually the perth scene was ultimatly started by jesus, who then disguised himself as a man called "mic_128" to guide his followers on the path to ****, as evidenced by corspes absoulute victory over the eastern states.
