Shouting at their social media people isn't going to fix the problem, no. But to tell people to just deal with it? Normally I would be one of those people. But this is flat out unacceptable. As a consumer of their product, I'm incredibly underwhelmed. Sony and Microsoft, two other major gaming companies, rarely have issues like this for a game update.

Nintendo should be held accountable to have better online. That's all anybody who is "raging" wants after this, I would say.

Depends on how you voice it.

Calmly stating you're disappointed is one thing, and then there are the types that will just start screaming all sorts of nasty things at Nintendo and their employees, and even demand people be fired. People who have families to feed. Over a video game having some problems.

Huh still having issues, I'll check in the morning or later tonight.

Got Story of Seasons Trio of Towns so I can enjoy that while Nintendo fixes their servers. While I understand that Nintendo has to step up their online game, there's little to do at the moment.

Game theory, this and the Bloody Tears / Monster Dance leak have been both done on the inside by a rogue Nintendo employee trying to screw over their reputation. A real life Phantom Thief.

20 fighters must be rescued before Joker can be used in WOL? Reading from SSB wiki, could be a typo. Might research.

Y’know, regardless of if the delay is cause by congestion or poor planning, people have every right to be pretty angry about something they paid for- ESPECIALLY when it’s from a company that should have been able to fix it by now

i saved like five bucks on the fighters pass cause of gold coins i forgot i even used lmao

20 bucks is pretty neat i guess if i get the mii costumes too. i just got home so im hoping i get that yu outfit

I am getting super tired of this.
It has been over two hours.
I know it is just "a game", but I want to play that game.
I tried everything I can. I will still try, but I will play my Hardcore world too.

Hey, I understand how someone can be annoyed and let down by the lack of Nintendo's online efficiency and it is fair to criticize them for it. They definitely should be able to handle these type of scenearios and let everyone download the update as soon as it hits.
But at the same time, constantly getting angry over it to the point that it actually makes you feel completely stressful isn't good either.
It sucks but these type of things happen. Don't let it completely ruin your time. This is something temporary that by later will have passed.
I'm not saying that this is something that should be ignored and let it pass without concern, but at the same time, constantly yelling and getting frustrated about it won't do much.
