Well, I'm back. After...what was it, five months? Six? Either way, reason I jumped ship from here was just because I didn't want to deal with the inevitable saltstorm after I saw Incineroar obliterate the Grinch banner rumor. And I forgot to come back afterwards because I was ironically too engrossed into Ultimate to check back here (though having a Discord didn't help)

1. the searches only pertained to exact terms ("artorias super smash bros ultimate", "artorias smash bros ultimate"), instead of the real joker ad coming up on "joker", "super", "smash", "bros", and "ultimate" in any order (because exact phrases cost most less to put ads on than commonly-used words)
2. the ads have gone down as of today because it was probably getting too expensive on the guy

Erdrick- has quite a bit in his favor...coding, reliable leakers, etc...

Artorias- Google leak is garbage, random text leak from 4chan mentions him specifically

Doomguy- 5ch leak, pretty bs if you ask me

Steve- was in some leaks, but they basically got roasted

Banjo- I haven’t seen much about him in leaks. Just seems like a wanted pick

Dante- speculation with upcoming port and that article a few months back

Resident Evil- no leaks, but has taken up a slightly larger presence in speculation

Monster Hunter- could happen, but most iconic part of the series is already in

There’s more, but I basically seems to come and go with “what’s cool at the time”. I think the biggest things that have gained steam but MIGHT not even happen are a western pick and a Dark Souls pick. I wouldn’t rule either entirely out, but I certainly wouldn’t consider either a guarantee for whatever reason.

Just seems like those get the most attention out of all picks.

I don't like the connection between Plant leak to Artorious leak, specifically because we're missing a huge portion of information here, namely that Plant Leaker, or at least, someone who had the same information as he did, went onto Reddit and literally spilled his guts about everything.

Afaik, we don't have that about this Artorious post, and, it's not like there aren't/weren't a billion single character leak posts on 4chan almost daily.

But 4chan “leaks” are a dime a dozen. If a character has been in a video game there is a high chance they’ve been in a Smash Bros “leak” before. Just because Artorious has appeared in two leaks likely doesn’t mean anything other than two people thought he’d be cool.
