I played Smash Flash 2 for the first time in like years about a month ago, and man did it get a bit of a boost in quality. Last I remembered, Pac-Man was still an assist trophy and Lloyd was the Namco rep.

Also, a lot of thier own newcomers were fun, but MAN was Isaac disappointing.

Sora is pretty cool to play with there, tbh.

I still hope that they end up adding Crash.

Yeah I don't think Spirits necessarily disconfirm but I don't think any character who has a spirit will be DLC for this round assuming we do get another pack, I do think Spirits can be DLC but I don't believe they will be DLC.

Even if I did believe that they disconfirmed I would only think it deconfirms for the Fighters Pass and nothing beyond then. If we get a Season 2 or Misc. DLC I could see characters like Bandana Dee, Geno, Shantae, Etc. possibly get in.

Actually, I’m going to share another unpopular Smash opinion.

I believe that a 2nd Fighter Pass would mimic the first, and wouldn’t upgrade Assist Trophies, Spirits, or Stage characters. I believe this because it would ultimately only be done to satisfy the fans of those characters, with a steep decrease in profit margins.

I’m no businessman, i’m not quite sure why that seems like a sure thing to happen. To be fair, I would love a 2nd Pass. However, I do not believe it will happen.
