There's not really a way to start Marvel comics, there's just too much material. You should pick an individual run and start from there, while looking up the things you don't get along the way.

Movies do a better job at explaining things, so you shouldn't need comics to get the characters, they aren't straightforward adaptations anyway.

Well the avengers quick silver was to slow...

However fox did have their only quick silver. Who was also pretty good. It be weird if we got the fox one though.

Especially since mcu quicksilver and scarlet witch had their parents die so they can’t use the magneto storyline.

I think in all honestly marvel will either wait awhile before doing X-men so people can forget the fox timeline then move forward with their own X-men stuff.

Or they introduce X-men in phase four but we don’t get any of the big ones from the fox ones so people can forgot them.

If anything maybe we get a new Wolverine but that feels too soon. I could see an entire cast of different mutants show up first and then maybe professor X, before they go all in on X-men down the line.

The best option they have to introduce easily right now would be the fantastic four imo. I think they are the likeliest choice to squeeze in there since they said phase four was planned without the fox Disney deal in mind so it might be awhile before we see the fox characters.

But if any of them happen FF feel like a good bet.

Don't take it personally, but a lot of what sticks to my mind are people's gimmicks, and sometimes that's not a good thing.

You got that moveset making thread, but that's the most I know about you.

Other than that, you haven't done anything to like, make me or anyone else hate you, so that's a big plus.

See, the thing is, when I made my account I was very active for a short while, then I got busier but I still managed to post something everyday, while being online for a longer periode of time ever few days.

I thought I was a somewhat active member around here, but I was never really...Integrated in the community like most people who spend a lot of time here.
At some point it felt like the only posts that got attention were the ones people got mad about and that's Just... Not fun.

I don't want to cause drama or anything, Just trying to figure out what my place is around this thread (and if I have one)

Like, what makes them so ingrained with something that it becomes impossible NOT to associate them with that character or theme?

Usually, I just associate people with their avatars with their gimmick. Then beyond that, it's usually what they bring up to the discussion that's tangentially related to their interests.
Some people in fact, have double gimmicks, or even TRIPLE gimmicks.
