That's your own personal number. Your Discord name can be anything you want it to be, even something billions of other people are using at that moment, because that number is what actually differentiates you from people, and is what allows others to find and befriend you on the platform.

So if you give people your Discord account, you need to give them the name and the number. For example, my Discord is Hinata#0499.
