This has nothing to do with anything I've just been hypnotized by the way they animated her dress's movements for hours now like

Idon Idon So I went ahead and created the peak of Temen-ni-gru... I really wish there was a way to alter the brightness levels and colors of textures for material like marble, cause that would have been super helpful to use, but I had to make due with whatever best fit the lighting and color of the peak >_>;

Oh, and speaking of textures, I really miss the sci-fi ones from 4. Why the heck did they get rid of those!?

Ah dang, I missed the Pokken discussion.

My Zard loyalty doesn't carry over to that game. I do play a little Zard to the side but its Edgy Mewtwo who's my actual main there. There's nothing I love more then using synergy burst when my opponent is cornered, intimidating my opponent into shielding, and then going for a ridiculously powerful grab.

I haven't played it at all since Ultimate released but dang that game is fun.

A sad, sad place... may I have hugs? <3
Hello, welcome to the boards.

Enjoy your stay

Ahem... Oh, @Noipoi
Err... well, since Noipoi isn't here, I guess I could do what I used to do when someone joined the boards, and give them a cookie?

Here's her dance in full:
I have no idea what's going on, but I love it nonetheless.

This anime's entire budget must have been spent on this one dance and I ****ing love that, it's so good

I don’t like Super Heroes who don’t have the no kill code. To me, the two ideas cancel each other out and just make you a bad guy.
tbf no one in the mcu besides like

peter

has a no-kill rule

they probably don't want to kill and they try to avoid it, but sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do

We’ve fought about this before and I don’t want to do it again. But that’s one of the things I don’t like about the MCU’s heroes. And I very much disagree with the bolded statement. There’s always another way.

Broke: heroes with "no kill" rules
Joke: heroes who are very willing to kill
Woke: a hero with a "no kill" rule that grows to learn some people are just too dangerous to keep alive after they spare a bad guy and said bad guy kills a friend of the hero

Bespoke: heroes who did kill but the act of killing someone went on to create a bigger threat down the line so they stopped.

This kind of logic is the reason why vilains like The Joker are still killing hundred or thousand of peoples daily without facing any real consequences.

Not to say I approve heroes killing, but there is clear problems on both sides, killing or not.

Pretty much this... Killing is (at times) a necessary evil, especially if it ends up being the only course of action available.

It depends a lot on how one would write that(it's either going to be Cycle of Revenge or an unrelated butterfly effect that causes a new threat to be born) and the first can get rather on the face with how often it's done and the other is trying to punish the hero for something outside their control
I god damn love that ending, the song, and the character
I know it was airing last season so would you say it's worth watching it?

Haven’t finished it just yet cause my intention was to watch it with my girlfriend but that ended up not happening but what I did see, I thought was hilariously over the top and I’m personally a fan.

That'd be nice. For some reason, they've been content with only contributing BOTW Link so far, iirc.
Yeah - there's loads of Odyssey costumes they could do for Mario, Peach and Bowser, there's Wario's biker gear and stuff for other characters too

And that's just alt costumes: there's a load of more substantial paid stuff they could add like tracks, karts, new characters and new modes

I can’t agree with you. Letting killing slide when it’s “justified” is a slippery slope which leads to horrible atrocities being committed because they’re the “bad guys” and exterminating then was “the only way”. It’s not. There’s always another way.

I say the real problem is statue quo is god in comics.
True. Comic books have to stay perpetually in the same place so that newcomers roughly know what they’re getting into when they pick up a new issue. Because they’re designed to be continuous and never ending. That’s a real problem with the industry and how it’s stories are told.

I’m specifically referencing the Aquaman movie. Do with that what you will.

I mean... superheroes are justified in beating the **** out of bad guys even though it's not okay for law enforcement IRL, because it can easily end with manslaughter.

You know how Isabelle's fishing rod kinda got nerfed? I feel like people are REALLY overreacting to the nerf, since it was never safe to just leave it on the ground anyways.

The fact that it now 2-Frame the entire cast now, no matter what, should be what people should be focusing on, but it's not getting a lot of coverage.

sometimes it literally isn't avoidable though
take a look at the scene at 1:02
if bucky didn't shoot and kill that guy, cap would just be dead right now

But what about villains who are just too dangerous to keep living? Like someone whose powers are simply too overwhelming to be contained, how do you keep them alive and everyone they're trying to kill at the same time?
Or how about someone who isn't going to stop, even after they're captured? Someone who's never going to learn their lesson and keeping them alive is just an everlooming threat to others because they could escape and go back at it at any point.
I’m specifically referencing the Aquaman movie. Do with that what you will.
Did not watch it so I have no idea what you're talking about. Can you give a more detailed summary?

Look. I really don’t want to fight about this again. Last time we fought about this lead me to am emotional breakdown and I’m not ready for another one of those after yesterday. I can’t be convinced on this, and nothing I can say will convince you of this. So let’s just drop it.

Aquaman let’s Black Manta’s father drown in a sinking submarine because he’s a pirate, and that leads to Black Manta becoming the revenge driven underwater Boba Fett we know today. He later admits that he could have saved the farther if he wanted to, and if he had Black Manta wouldn’t be a thing.

That's cycle of revenge. Personally, I think it can work and that example seems to be good enough but the question is if not killing the catalyst to a later threat would have stopped the current threat.
If not killing them would just have led to more victims at that moment, then the hero was technically justified in killing them.
