New fighter, veterans were cheaper. Plus Corrin was 6$ if you bought him for both versions if I recall.

Those 3 are veterans, so they were easier to make.

I do think piranha plant should've been 4$ tho. But we got plenty of chance to get it for free, so it's not fully a rip off. ;p

I mostly agree with you on the price of the smash 4 dlc, but most other games tend to change fighters in pretty big ways between installments, while smash mostly uses the same movesets each time

More than anything else I'm really disappointed with in what's happened to the character. The midseason finale was good, but oof, Rhombulus...

I really enjoyed it, actually. I'm still a little annoyed that my waifu Hekapoo is canonically kind of a prick, but she's better than Rhombulus so that's ok.

Now that Globgor is free and the people seem to be accepting Eclipsa, can't wait to see where this goes.

Now he posts a Chrono Trigger Stage screenshot.

Maybe Chrono Trigger will get some representation in Smash?
Character from Square Enix? He is very similar to Erdrick as well, Akira designs and all.
Maybe Mii Costume or Assist Trophy?

Chrono Trigger is the biggest game Square had on Super Nintendo.
And is the best game from the last Japanese Era.
