another reason i believe erdrick ain't a lock is cuz

if - IF - vergeben and most of the other leakers had a solid DLC leaking record for ultimate, i could buy it. but they got it all wrong. from hitagi with his katalina claims, to verg saying "HEY THERE'S GONNA BE A SQUARE CHARACTER AT THE VGAS" and surprise, it's joker. there may be others but i forgot.

for all we know, DLC may be selected differently from base game characters.

and thats my take imma lie down now cause my neck is kiLLING ME

I think it could actually happen. Clearly she's not a huge mascot, but Nintendo seems to like doing things with her. Maybe she'll get even bigger in the next decade before Smash 6, big enough to warrant getting in.

My top five most wanted characters are 3/5 first-party, so there's definitely some first party love I'd like to see in DLC/future titles

I'm a bit of a third-party purist though, so I'd ideally like the characters to have some connection to Nintendo consoles (unless they're super duper iconic characters like Mr. Cheef himself)

The myth is that no French women shave their legs/pits/whatever.

The reality is kinda like Portland: there's a much larger percentage of ones that don't shave than you'd think.

Granted, not shaving isn't something that should be shamed so I regret bringing it up. It's her body, let her do what she wants with it.

It's normal for leakers to get stuff wrong. Depending on which sources they have.
You take some and leave some. And dont rely on them

Also, tansut hasn't been wrong. tho he only leaked one thing :p

Tomorrow they will announce the direct. It will be unexpected and strange but they will.
The direct will be a Smash direct, it will show Joker, Stage Builder and a couple other new things introduced by the 3.0 patch.
They will also tease the next DLC character and it will be.... (I can't tell you this because Nintendo would fire my uncle)

A general direct will come out 2 or 3 weeks before the E3, and they will reveal a new F-Zero game!! Yes, that's true, F-Zero!

A demo of F-Zero will be playable at E3, along with Animal Crossing, Link's Awakening and a new Kirby game that will be announced during the E3 presentation (and more); though F-Zero will be the focus.

F-Zero is redesigned in order to make it more accessible to casual gamers, but still hardcore enough. It has several classes and you have to unlock the upper classes by winning championships... it's like if you start driving a kart and as you progress with your career you end in Formula 1; the lowest class feels similar to the original SNES game, the tracks are smaller, more compact, with more obstacles, and they almost never go upside-down; the highest class is more like F-Zero X/GX... and I think there is at least another class in between, but it probably uses the same tracks as the highest, just with slower vehichles and different boost mechanics.
It will be e-sport oriented like Smash and Splatoon, with much focus put into the multiplayer mode.
Rumors say that there will be a mode where we can explore an hub world at Mute City, playing as Cpt Falcon (on foot but it's possible to drive the Blue Falcon as well). It's not clear if it's a story mode or what.

You may or may not believe me, though I have a proof: the first word said by Sakurai (original Japanese voice) during the Smash direct will be "Konnichiwa".

Maxwell from Scribblenauts and Mega Man X are the only 3rd party characters I want, and they aren't happening.

It's dissapointing, but I've accepted it.

I mean not to go all "patriarchy this" and "sexism that" but it is expected of them and as a result, many people find a lack of body hair on women to be more attractive. Hell, shaven legs is in like my top 4 favorite things that have ever existed ever.

But like, it's not to a point where I will straight up skip out on being with someone over some ****ing fuzz. That's just dumb.

Oh yeah, but remember, for Smash 4, they made Lucas and Roy DLC and only Smash Fans would really care about their inclusion for the most part, as well as Corrin, who most wouldn't know even from the Fire Emblem fanbase, so while I bet most will be big names like Cloud, Ryu, and Joker, but not all are for sure going to be.

Fair point, however the caveat of Roy and Lucas here is that they’re well known to the Smash fans themselves. With Ultimate, there aren’t any veterans to add.

Corrin is absolutely a good example though. Nintendo could definitely opt for a selection like that, but then again, their big titles this year are Pokémon and Fire Emblem...i’m not entirely sure if they want to go that route again.

We should probably cut off the topic before it gets out of hand again, but yeah, agreed. There are things you like and things you expect; a good SO doesn't confuse the two.

Plus I'm not shaving my ****ing legs. That **** looks hard. If she wants to skip a week, by all means, I can't judge.
