We talked about Nia so I decided to try to use her picture as a warm up for drawing at work today. I think one of my problems is how I lay out the guidelines for the head, every time I draw their heads are skinny. This time I widened her head a bit more than I usually do by expanding the chin past the skull circle thing so I think the head came out better but I ended up accidentally giving her bedroom eyes.

I agree, but not for the teacher/student thing. If people want that, whatever. Let the market decide.

I just think that 95% of the romantic supports in Awakening/Fates felt forced as hell, and that character relationships can be more unique and memorable if they aren't all squeezed through the "talk three times then bang" filter.

Back in my day, not everybody did get romance options with everybody! They could canonically just stay as friends and no one gave a dem!

We already know it'll be a Resident Evil rep or Namco character (Lloyd or Heihachi).

We pretty much have covered all the DLC characters. Nothing else to discuss apparently.

So in case this isn't a joke, I've gotta step in and say we absolutely DO NOT know it's a Resident Evil character. There's no evidence, circumstantial or otherwise, to substantiate this claim.

I want it to be Resident Evil. Resident Evil is arguably the most lucrative longstanding franchise with feasible Smash fighters not already represented. It would make sense. But there's a difference between a character making sense and a character being likely.

I'd just like one of the DLC newcomers to be Tetra. Maybe Bandana Dee.

Because honestly most of these third-party characters people seem to be set on don't interest me at all. I'm entirely neutral on them, at best. Except for Banjo Kazooie, who I'd rather like to see in for the sake of their many, longtime loyal fans.

Honestly, the best part about a Direct not coming until the last week of April is that it gives us basically barely any time to wait until E3 and the most-likely happening E3 patch.


Joker's going to be shown off, and I highly doubt that they're not going to tease another character whenever we get this Direct.


E3's only a month and 3 weeks off, a month and a week by the time the last week of April rolls around.

Erdrick could be guaranteed, like Ken and Incineroar.

Or he could be guaranteed, like Chorus Kids and Chrom were in Smash 4.

Until an official confirmation, or an absolutely indisputable leak like the ESRB one, it's never a good idea to be 100% sure on a character's chances. Never.

Idk I wouldn’t say this is the same.

Everyone figured Ken was a lock, even more when verge said.

Hell when everyone and their mother pretty much confirmed they had to have seen Incenroar footage because they were all adamant he was in.

The only time incenroar’s opinions on being a locked changed was when the grinch struck.

However a lot of people still agreed the lack of Incenroar was odd considering how everyone was saying he’s in.

Most insiders agree it’s ederick and this so do most people. But the other end of this argument was their dlc predictions have been dead wrong as opposed to the base game so people are now split.


I’m someone who leans towards the side of it not be the majority idea this time. Granted as I’ve said I think it can still go either way and I honestly don’t care where it goes.

I just want an answer now so we could move on and see what future dlc might be
