I hope the Kim regime gets overthrown by a better person who actually cares about the people.

The tragic thing is, the Kim regime probably won't be overthrown for a while.

The people would have to get past their belief that the Kim family are (descended from) Gods, and considering that Korea keeps a very tight leash on both what the people learn and their level of technology, it'll be a long time until the people are taught otherwise.

Other countries could step in, but considering the issues with the Middle East, a conflict with Korea is out of the question until that is resolved.
EDIT: Also, making a martyr of any of the Kim rulers would be a very bad idea.

From what I've read, generally the closer to the coast you are in NK, the more information of the outside world you're prone to. So while the capital is incredibly restricted, the coast has a bit more understanding which is why there's more escapees from people living on the coast.

I mean I never did think Steve was all that likely, for a multitude of reasons, but I don't think a random discord message is going to change the chances of Steve one way or another. That's just me.

I'm not nearly as well-informed about global affairs as I could be.

But I know "enough".

The last I heard, the populace of Korea are restricted to using technology from, like, the 1950s or something. All to keep them as ill-informed about the outside world as physically possible.

Literally the only thing that we have of semi-concrete info would be from PolarPanda about "stuff hurting Steve's chances", and even then, it wouldn't be a true deconfirmation for Steve.

I don't think two actual "Who?'s" this time would be of any damning evidence.
