Rare didn't make it though. Iron Galaxy did. Rare had absolutely nothing to do with KI 2013. They're logo isn't even on it.

I still treat it as a Rare proporty, but you wouldn't be wrong if you thought it wasn't. It's like saying the N. Sane Trilogy is a Naughty Dog game.

Rare didn't directly develop it but IIRC they had an advisory role. There wasn't one thing that Double Helix/Iron Galaxy did that wasn't passed by them for approval.
It wasn't solely Rare's project but they were still involved.

-I am not counting Mega Forms because I already consider them part of the pokemon I like.
-I deliberately avoided including Legendaries. Mystics are fine, but Legendaries have so much going for them that they're better suited in their own tier.

Youre making me realize that there's actually quite a few good characters under microsoft. Not that i think they would be or that i want them in smash, but yeah.
