Worse in my opinion was them removing the Advance Wars assist trophy, which was in Smash 4. Way to really kill off the series with that.

Oh I hated that cut as well. I really think it sucks that only the Spirits are what remain of Advance Wars in Smash.

Completely off-topic, but for phone users - are any of your browsers seriously glitching out when you press the “notifications” button here? It sends me to a scam website (and telling me that I have Verizon even though I have AT&T), and then sending me down to the response place and opening a keyboard... in the tab select area. Then, when I close that and go back into this tab, it’s SUPER zoomed in.

Anyone else having this problem, or is it just my phone?

Lots of neat ideas here, but the script doesn’t sound legit to me at all. I could go on for a long time about each and every non-Sakurai thing here but it just doesn’t sound like how Smash directs are usually scripted at all.

I really hope he gets a lucky guess on Spirit teams in Home Run tho. That’s a really cool idea that could be a lot of fun.

Transitions are awkward and I doubt Sakurai is going to list all of the new spirits. It's a cute fanfiction.

Just to bullet point it, it was for an April 3rd Direct (again, allegedly) that discussed the following:

Honestly it's a decently believable "leak," though obviously I'm not convinced yet. Is there no section on the updates or did you not have the photos? Because if they didn't write anything for the update section, that feels like a red flag, lol.
