From how they present themselves I am willing to say that Cyndane is still Akainu, I was mostly comparing their personalities or how I perceive them.

I think Cyndane is more like Akainu while Moydow is more like Aokiji, that makes me curious who's Kizaru then?

Akainu would be the Ban-happy Admin.
Aokiji is the lazy Admin who only does the bare minimum to justify keeping the job, but is also the most popular with the lower "ranks".
Kizaru would be the most outwardly chill Admin, but the one who does the most work when required.
Fujitora is the Admin who goes against the rules for the greater good.

Sengoku is Warchamp.

Can confirm: I've been to my home country (Cuba) last summer. It's an absolute mess, even in Havana, but the experience was very nice though!
