Man that was really bad. It was expected since Sony clones of Nintendo stuff always end up being inferior, but still THAT was pretty bad. It was like 95% VR which gamers don't care about. I mean if this is the stuff we're expecting from Sony after ditching E3, the PS5 is definitely going to be the loser for next gen consoles.

Because content creators think people hate things being "goofy", and the word "Zombie" has been considered goofy for many years.

People think that if you want your work to be taken seriously, you have to shave off anything that could be considered even remotely silly.

It's a similar thought process as the eternal pursuit for "realism".

Based on this and them skipping E3, I think it's likely that Sony doesn't really have anything big to show for this year cause they're gearing up for PS5 next year, I think they did this just so they didn't go the entire year without news.
