Fanart just ain't plausible for me. Most of my drawings make a kindergartener look like Michelangelo in ability.

Methinks I'll just continue a fanfic I wrote. Or make a new crossover. Crossovers are more fun anyways.

I post my chicken scratch whenever I can. I JUST did it a few minutes ago. If I'm brave enough to do that, you are :yoshi:
Yeah, not only am I not brave enough, but I prefer to showcase creativity in other ways...
Maybe I should write a Yoshi x Sobble fan fiction.

I just have to believe in myself, even if I fail. Thank you for the encouragement, Noi. Next time I'll gag her so she can't scream for help

If you enjoy drawing, I say go for it! Practice makes perfect, and I am of the opinion that with enough hard work, study, and determination, anyone can draw.

Here's a question...

Should I or Should I not share what I wrote on a fan fiction site back in 2017? It went unfinished, was a crossover and probably needed a ton of work.

Christ, you guys are making me wanna draw a million things rn.
I have a few projects I'm about to start:

- Kirby styled Dark Samus (REALLY interested to see how this one'll turn out)
- Callie wearing a Pepsi Man (Pepsi Woman?) costume
- Something for Fluttershy day over at Equestria Daily

And finally...maybe something sad. I always draw cute and happy things, but I've never drawn anything sad before, and while I kiiiiiiinda don't want to, a part of me feels it would be good for me to to stretch myself as an artist.

I actually don't think i've ever drawn anything sad at all. It's be interesting.

Then again i've had enough sadness for the past year...

Latter half of this post aside, a lot of people fall into the trap of Learned Helplessness.

Just because you fail the first time doesn't mean you can't get better.

Skill isn't just pulled out the Aether, everyone has to start somewhere.

TBH part of why I crafted my style to be happy, bright, and cheerful (similar to the Kirby style) is because every goal I have with my drawings is to make whoevers looking at it smile. As long as I do that, I consider the drawing a success, no matter its actual quality. My mindset is that other people make sad things, and that's all well and good, but I sometimes feel like the world has enough sadness and strife in it. Why not something happy instead? IDK, I probably sound super sappy right now, lol.

Drawing something sad kind of goes against my own philosophy when it comes to my projects, though. I'm having a hard time motivating myself to actually drawing something sad. It's kind of up in the air right now if I'll actually do it. :drshrug:
