I see their point. Ridley can kill with his moves, but almost all of Ridley's moves are slow.

The only real slow kill move he has is DSmash, which is usually much better for ledgetrapping due to the jump. Otherwise, USmash comes out at Frame 12, Ftilt is 10, Dash Attack's 12, and Bair's 10. Fsmash is 18, which is about average as it's faster then examples like Wolf's (20) or Bowser's (24), but slower then characters like PP (16).
