I woke up at 9 and got to work on this immediately. It's now 2. I need to figure out a way to get these done faster.

Once again, these are excellent. I would love it if, after the whole simulation was done, you could go back and clean and color these drawings and post a full gallery. But only after the game is finished so you don't feel stressed or rushed. These are already really good, and I would love to see them get even better!

I've been working on re-doing it as a fan-project. I'm still only in the conceptual phase, but I really like the story I'm putting together. My goal is for it to be a bit more straightforward and have the pairings be more organized with no duplicates.

I think they'll drop the numbering for the next one and add some new gimmick, titling it after that.

The names haven't been creative since Double Dash: DS, Wii, 7, 8. I get the feeling that Nintendo paired their home console games' names with the higher selling portable games to keep some sort of brand continuity, but with the next release, whenever it is, there's no reason to continue that.

Then again since MK8D is still the highest selling game on Switch, maybe going with '9' will be what they do. I dunno.

The only ones with creative names are Double Dash and Super Circuit, as the remaining 2 are vanilla Mario Kart and Mario Kart 64 which was named like pretty much else in the N64.

To start, I know this wasn't worth the wait. I apologize, it's late for me, and for these two particular drawings I had trouble with both. Mewtwo's anatomy gave me a hard time, and I didn't quite know where to put an infected wound on him and how to portray it. The Sans death was just figuring out a good pose and how to draw Bartre's armor. I also wanted to give Sans a good expression, in particular I looked to his getting hit animation to reference it. I'm going to get some rest and wake up early because my posture has been terrible and my neck hurts. It'll be 4 and a half hours, but I feel I can be more productive and efficient if I can get some energy and give my neck a break. I know this has been a bad start, I hope you guys bear with me regardless.

I missed this last night, but I just wanted to say that Bartre choking out Sans is the best thing I've seen all day.

Ignoring stuff from Donkey Kong Country, she is my favourite Mario character with Rosalina and Waluigi being close. Mostly because I played and loved the Mario vs Donkey Kong games for DS as a child.
