Most fake "leaks" are formulaic like that. It's nothing new really.

Personally, I'm just bored of reading these piggybackers who follow the current trend and try to add stuff.

I just feel that the DLC will be surprising to all (like Joker was)... with one or two exceptions that slip through the cracks. With something as hyped as Smash, a real leak has to come to DLC eventually.

Would the Smash Bubble even be upset if Steve got in? I mean, he's been one of the most anticipated newcomers, and he's been pretty hyped up with the amount of leaks with him in it, as well as being covered by almost every Smashtuber out there. And, he's been decently requested too, even moreso when more and more people are okay with the idea (or at least coming out of the woodwork, seriously, where were you guys in Smash 4?).

Yes, they'd get INCREDIBLY upset because the Smash bubble is filled with people who hate third parties and filled with people who go "HAHA CRINGE!" at whatever kids like. Not to mention the people who'd get mad at them getting a deal with Microsoft with it not getting Banjo Kazooie because my favourite deserves more attention than what kids like

I did read a few rough translations of the posts, its pretty much explanations about the polls and characters chosen. Seems that there are quite a few notorious characters in the ballot and a few franchises had votes counted from the possible reps of the franchise, DQ, FF and Pokemon were strong in this regard. Apparently the reason why the leaker thinks Velvet is in is due to the Tales character not having a sword and being a girl. The poster also mentioned DQ1 protagonist Alef and the hero from DQ3.

Can you elaborate on the Ballot portion? Who were the notorious characters?

I'm personally interested about that.

Anyways, we're getting

• Steve
• Erdrick
• Joker who will release sometime between Now and May
• Darth Vader who is a Ganon Echo (he uses his lightsaber in place of a sword, and uses Force Choke for Side-B. Grabs all use the force)
• A Gen 8 Pokemon, can't tell the name, or else TPC will sue me up my broke ass, and I ain't dealing with these damn lawyers.

Anyway, believe this or not, but this is who we're getting. I warned you.

Argument has one major flaw: Stage Builder isn't tied to a specific game.
