It sounds like he's designed to be your anchor by default with SS3 and, presumably, SS4 transformations when you lose team members. But that's going to be so odd to incorporate into your team structure and combo practice.

Base Goku is also an anchor character, because of his Kaioken ability.

Seriously I love how well they handled her autism as someone who is autsitc as well.

Every character is amazing regardless though. Even if Mona's tantrum got under my skin.

Sound the alarms. You can't say best girl without it being Makoto.

Being serious though I wish Elma was the promo rep instead of Corrin. That would've gone down much better, and then Corrin could've been a newcomer in Ultimate or we could just skip to Blyeth/Edelgard.

I like the Corrins after playing with them for a bit but I agree that I would have liked Elma a lot more. I can see that in this case it was pretty much a situation of adding a character that can transform body parts which is a pretty cool concept and pretty unique; vs a character that can use guns, swords, and a mech which is another pretty cool concept but a bit less rare than the other one (unless I'm dumb and forgetting about someone). I can see that it is just a case of Sakurai going for concept disregarding franchise slots.

I haven't played too much of it recently (b/c of Smash). I've got the PS4 and Switch version, although I've barely touched the latter at this point. I need to unlock Android 21 again, since she's pretty much my single best character at this point.

As of right now: my team is Beerus/Goku Black/21. I also switch some of them out for Hit or Kid Buu from time to time. Haven't bought any of the DLC yet, but I'm looking into Vegito, Zamasu and Cooler specifically.

Makoto is probably my favorite character from my writer/story side. Probably the actual best character.

But naw, Futaba just hits too many notes for me for her to not be my fave.
