New prediction.

We’re getting a Smash Direct in March and they’re showcasing the Ver 3.0 update, Joker, and a newcomer there.

They made 3.0 seem like this big update, and with Joker coming soon I could a direct coming up that showcase the things they want to keep under wraps.

EDIT: I’ll go more specific and say Mid March- Early April.

When they say 'before the end of April' it means it's probably not coming until like April 27th or something.

I like how people are getting salty because we hardly got any Smash info in the Direct, even thought it should be it pretty obvious this was a general Direct, not a Smash focused Direct.

That said though, it was kinda bad how they just went "Here's Smash we're doing something with it and we got Joker on the way OKAY BYE!!"

Fire Emblem took a note from Persona 5 by allowing teacher-student relationships.

However, they doubled down by making you the Kawakami.

Also, I'm calling it now, the "endgame unit" (e.g. Gotoh, Athos etc) will be the school's headmaster (that is, if the headmaster isn't the villain or something).

they labeled it as fighter pack 1 because joker is fighter pack 1

the next character will be fighter pack 2 then 3 etc etc

they did this for joker's reveal trailer too

I love how we were all going in to this expecting for our fires to be calmed a bit, but that's the opposit of what happenend. None of the tension was diffused and it's just gonna keep growing until it explodes in march or April (depends on how early in April the update drops)

I don't know, I'm actually great at the moment.

Even if the Ultimate Alliance 3 section was dissapointing and lackluster, everything else on the Direct made up for it since all the other stuff was dope.

You know that Intelligence Systems is going to find a way to bring romance into Three Houses. After the all the dough Awakening and Fates got them, I'd be surprised if they didn't.

I honestly do deep down felt we weren't gonna get the next DLC reveal as it did seem pretty early. Though I do wish they could had given us at least a small tease to keep things going.
