I think that should have been in the MW room, unless you are seriously pursuing out-of-region attendance. You'll get more MW people to see it in there. Want me to ask someone to move it?

well im trying to get MI to come to this and BC said there will be a bunch of people from texas who will be willing to come if we get enough people.
also i cant seem to edit the title... should i just make a new one? i suppose putting it on the MW boards might be better...

I think also making a thread in the MW room would be a good idea.

Also, do you guys actually have the location secured? Were you going to use one of the conference rooms (which are big enough for probably 60 people at most) or by any chance did you get the lobby?

we should move the info into the mw thread. actually, I believe we were going to take a vote on which date (around april 25). there is one big conference room and a couple of smaller ones that we are looking in to. maybe even the large lecture room?
