I'm going to try putting these into practice, Tudor. These were just amazing, especially the way you performed the Triple Homing Missile Cancel. You can fire your fully charged Charge Shot like you did with those Super Missiles, since it's a B reversal. I've tried that out, though I should really try it out when I am brawling with people. I just never got around to actually making it work.

The definition of a B-reversal is that you can alter the direction and/or momentum of a special by tilting the control stick immediately after you press the B button. All of Samus' specials CANNOT be B-reversed except for her Screw Attack. What you're describing is just a normal turn-around. The same turn-around that existed in Melee.

Anyways, the tricks were nice. Way to abuse zair! n_n

That sounds harder to do than just tilting the opposite direction first and then tapping B. If Falco can turn around before firing his Blaster, why would he need B-reversal? Unless I was misinformed. :embarrass

Triple missile stuff was amazing, as was those Zair tricks.

I like those quick B-airs too. I'll have to try and attempt some of these. :p
Thanks Tudor.

omg I just got an idea! These are really dope especially the triple missle. I like the walljump zairs too. And about the "ledge - airdodge - return to stage zair" I wonder how close the other player can be to you and still get hit? I'm assuming not right on the ledge, but thats what Uair and Fair are for. Thanks for these, Tudor! Wow that's a good idea!

Give a man internet and he will play with himself.

Book of Rohins, page 27, paragraph 3.
Oh, you~

Anyway, interesting tricks you've got there, Tudor. I'll have to try and incorporate them into what I've got, so far.

Falco gets a momentum shift when B-reversaling. Falco can also Double Reversal to boost himself forward while shooting lasers forward.

turnaround - attack backwards / no momentum shift
B-reversal - attack backwards / backwards momentum shift
double reversal - attack forwards / forwards momentum shift

Samus gets only the normal turnaround.
Nice vid.. is it easier to ledgehop zair if you airdodge?
No, but it gives you something to do while you're using ledgehop zair. You could either:

ledgehop > wait > zair
- or -
ledgehop > airdodge >zair

They did...? O.o sorry i must of missed it...

I just tried to put stuff i hadn't seen before in a vid (well exept the ledgehop zair, that was just supposed to show that you can hit a small character that is a tiny bit past the middle of the stage on any of the 5 neutrals).

No, they didn't know, really. It's like those kind of people who see something so cool, and they want the credit for it, but they didn't post up a video to prove that they were aware of this kind of stuff. They thought it was common knowledge. Well, all right, the Triple Homing Missile Cancel was already known, but I never found any usefulness to it.

Nice stuff; wall-jumping B-Airs for getting back on the edge, along with wall-jumping an edgeguarding Z-Air seem like useful tricks.

I'm definitely going to try and throw that into future matches. Maybe I have some way to stop people pressuring me on the ledge now. <3

Nah, she's just my experiment of choice now...and I like her a whole lot. She might become a permanent secondary at this rate...

(Figures I'd use my 1337th post on Samus. Rejoice!)

I'll certainly try to do that.

I decided to pick her up fairly recently, and I'm sure I need to work on my missile management as well as my up-close game. Spacing only gets you so far; I need to better myself on how to take control when I'm in the fray. I'd like to think I'm not bad, though. If anything, I've gotten better than those videos show; I don't spam D-Air like an idiot nearly as much. ^^;

However, I plan on working that out soon enough. I'm doing a lot of research, and trying to apply it. Hopefully you'll get to see a competent Samus in due time.
