SWR. IaMP doesn't have Aya, Komachi, Iku, Tenshi, and Reisen. It also has Meiling, whereas SWR does not.

Tier lists don't mean much in Touhou anyway, just play the character you like.

Gonna be honest, Moth would kick the living **** out of my Cirno and Meiling. I abuse the hell out of the fact that I play better characters than him. It's still there and does matter. Skill can trump, but the gap in character ability is certainly there.
Unless you are saying there's nothing to win so play whatever, in which case, yeah.
So if a tier list normally affects your character choice, go for it. If your love of a character normally trumps tier position, then go for it.

yo i'd be devastated if you did, i don't want my nub stuff being shown.
I just run into books and boats and get grabbed by drunken lolis all day.
oh and i keep trying to do a get up attack, SDI, and use projectiles like they can't be grazed.

This happens to me in so many games. Also starting to think I might want to keep playing soku I dunno. I wish I could play characters on the left side of the character select screen.

Just coming in to say that Patchouli's 5C and alt. 623 (Static Green) are both incredibly gay.
My experience against her is still pretty minimal, but it feels like a LOT of work to beat her with those two moves in play, even with Aya's alt. 236 (Wind from the Maple Fan).

No timer doesn't mean a campy style is ineffective.
You can play as campy as you want. But I hate super defensive play and just frustrates me.
For characters like patchy, 5C (and her other bullets) zoning is so good to control space that staying far away isn't that bad. So what you then get is long *** match where the patchy is staying back and using 5C and w/e to keep you zoned for like FIVE MINUTES since she has no reason to approach. At least other fighters have a 99 timer so it doesn't go on that long. Suika's the same, yuyuko, sakuya, etc.

I don't like defensive play. That's also probably why I lose half my matches in IaMP. Keep running into spinny dolls.
