I think this is what it would look like now:

Top Tier (the exciting stuff)

Fair- For obvious reasons
nair- It puts you in a safe position when you tip it on shield, eats spot dodges
Dancing Blade- Refreshes your moveset, deals decent dmg
Uair- THIS: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTSC8Ts8LL0 Its a trap.

High Tier (the good stuff)

Bair- Safe kill move
Dolphin Slash- Gets you out of tough situations
Usmash- Best punisher marth has, it does 18%!!! (fresh)
Fsmash- This is alot better then people give it credit for, with nair, and just punishing in general.
Fthrow- Positioning
Dthrow- best throw dmg and positioning
Uthrow- For juggling
Dsmash- A surprisingly good punisher where you're in range, deals decent dmg, and can randomly kill if you tippered it

Mid Tier (meh, you have better options but may have its uses)

dtilt- Not as good as it used to be, there are better options than to use this
Jab- this actually has a use in some matchups
F-tilt- Above, its tricker to use though.
U-tilt- Last resort killer. lol.

Low Tier/high tier (the random)

Shieldbreaker- depends on the player, char, it can go as high as high tier.

Bottom Tier (what are you doing?)

counter- too easy to beat on reaction
Dair - only zex makes this good
B-throw - the other throws are just flat out better
Dash attack- its only used in ONE matchup on a regular basis. With that said it might be middle under those circumstances.
Yes!!! Should be OFFICIAL Marth move tier list.:chuckle:

You shouldn't be basing the tier list solely off of what top Marth's are using what because obviously, not everyone is doing EVERYTHING right. I played you on wifi havok and although it's not 100% accurate portrayal of your skill, you still have some hitbox placements I disagree with, as do a lot of Cali Marths.

D-tilt is definitely a top tier move, probably Marth's second best (yes EL you were right, fuhck off)

Top Tier
---------
Fair- Ultimate tool for control and is extremely safe against most characters. Also very versatile.
Dtilt- Hands down Marth's best poke, and one of the best in the game. Quick, safe on block, good setups, etc.
DB- Amazing punisher, great OoS. DB1 is a great setup, SHDB1 is good too. You can mess with your opponents DI on the last hit.
Nair- Fast, autocancels, ***** airdodges and spotdodges, very good platform pressure, a good ledge option, awesome kill power, versatile, all around awesome move. Also extremely disjointed. Only flaw is it's thin vertical hitbox.

High Tier
---------
Uair- Awesome setups, it combos, juggle traps, fast, autocancels, amazing for baiting.
DS- Invincibility, fast, high knockback, can get you out of attack strings or cover for bad spacing.
Bair- Excellent offstage, high knockback, good range
Fthrow- Very good for setups
Usmash- Great vertical kill move, great damage, overall good punisher. Usmash OoS is pretty nice
Jab- Fast, good range, very good for AA, can cover for bad spacing, can be combod into easily.

Mid Tier
-------
Dthrow- Best damage, good setups, leaves you in good position
Uthrow- Sets up juggles
Utilt- Large vertical hitbox, high knockback, decent platform pressure
Dsmash- Fastest smash, great knockback if tipped, very small tipper, highly punishable

Low Tier
------
Fsmash- Very high knockback if tipped, surprisingly decent for AA, very punishable, not very fast, knockback sucks if not tipped
Ftilt- Good for AA and platform pressure, just outclassed by jab in general
Dair- Very good OoS, can spike. slow, punishable, heavy landing lag
Counter- Fast, can **** a charged smash or predictable kill move, extremely punishable
SB- Good for escaping juggles via b-reversals or SB bouncing. awesome range, can break shields. Slow, punishable, bad knockback uncharged.

Bottom Tier
-------
Bthrow- Almost useless and completely outclassed, but its at least a safe option (as should any throw be >_>). can be a good option to send the opponent offstage at high percents.
DA- Slow, predictable, outclassed by everything, highly unsafe on block, low damage and average knockback. only good for grab release on MK

Why is dair so low? It is THE spike move. We can do this or go for stage spike, but you can't combo into stage spike, this you can. Also there is a newb safety device on it. Jump on the head and dair makes for a pretty solid kill. And Dolphin Slash in my opinion is top tier. If it is a strict class of, these are the moves to use, followed by useful moves then I agree with your placement. But Dolphin slash beats whorenado, and that means something!

Jab -> tipper fsmash on a airborne is broken.
Nair just before you land is a ridiculous frame trap, that + dtilt is >_>
Bair's priority is crazy and has a better hitbox for combat vs opponents recovering high than fair.
Stop underrating dair :( dtilt to steal their jump -> rar offstage (non ff) dair is guarenteed kill vs some recoverys.
