If I'm by the edge...
(you're far below and start HA) --> I edgehog --> HA fails, death.
(you're kind of close by, level with the edge) --> I fastfall below the stage --> stage spike
(you're far from the stage, starting a HA, and I'm also off-stage) --> I pull you away from the stage --> B-air to kill you off the side, or some other aerial to gimp you as I recover.

well, if it gets to the point that it's predictable when he'll use it, that's overusing it.

even though it's fast, HA is absolutely 'uncancellable', so it's Sonic's most committed attack. For most of Sonic's approaches and stuff, if your opponent can predict it coming, well, at least you can stop or change it up before you make contact, while, with HA, you're stuck doing it, so predictable homing attack is a bad homing attack.

well, if it gets to the point that it's predictable when he'll use it, that's overusing it.

It started to become predictable, especially when I played Jigglypuff. He uses it mostly when on a 45 degree angle BELOW the ledge, to recover back. Floating around the, making me a bait character, I have too many choices. I side-B and hit trough, I F-air and be unsure, I can float away and be like LULZ or I grab the edge and make him fall down even more (OBVIOUS ANSWER). So yea, that was fun
