My input as a Mexican player:

Waymas (Wario) should be 1st (isn't it known he's the best Wario besides maybe Glutonny?)
Hyuga (Toon Link) should be 2nd behind MJG (I've played both and lost since there's no way for me to know this match-up)
Wonf (Marth) should be 2nd behind Mike (I've played Mike, Zex and Wonf btw...Tyrant's Marth is tougher than Mike's in the MK match-up for a fun fact)

I'm surprised to see Pitbull 2nd...if he's 2nd then IceDX should be top 4. They're around just as difficult to defeat, and IceDX himself beat Pitbull when they played. I'm just weirded out by Junebug's placement, he quit or something?

Other good Mexican players are Nene and Chota. They don't travel much, though, so I don't know how good Chota is, and Nene, form my area, hasn't done anything outside of beating Havok and AC a couple times at our locals since he can't travel much (no passport to cross to the US!! Super sad since he's one of my boys).

EE (idk how notable he was back then), Puffster, Saint, Kismet (x2), elev8 (x2), Micaelis (x5), 4god, Reflex, Billy, Scatt, DRN, Spade (x2), Ryker (x2), Legan, Cam (x2), and Kain in a $5 MM.

also, I'd double check vato's wins. He uses MK and I guess Mario too, I know jebus was complaining earlier that vato listed him as a win when he used MK against him.

Yeah Player-1 kind of has a point.

Vato's wins are good, but they are only on a local level other than SK92, rather than national or regional level. GA goes to OoS Regionals and went to Apex, none of Vato's wins have even travelled out of state, so we have to judge objectively by how those players do inside their own state

We may have to wait for the SKTAR / WHOBO period on their specific case, sadly.

I'm going to put you guys at an equal with BigLou in front of both of you until the SKTAR / WHOBO season since we can't seem to come to an agreement.

Personally, I think that Vato's wins are stronger than yours P-1. But other players have brought up some valid points concerning travelling issues and I don't particularly follow your scene as well as Vato's because I don't think it's lower level players are as strong.

We can do a public voting, or just wait it out until both of you come to an agreement.

100% honest opinion with as little bias as I can put into the situation, playing at his best, Bloodcross is 2nd Best Falco, I think without a doubt. At his best, he can pretty much take out anyone. But I will say on average, he'd be around 3rd or 4th. Falcos would be I suppose, DEHF->SK92 (I don't really know his wins), Kismet/BC/Pelca. He's an amazingly smart player in general, whether it's his MK, or Falco, he is ridiculously smart and aware of things.

edit: he outplaces me at every tournament (although he has a bit of help from snake, he lost to DRN with diddy and then beat him with snake for example, same with p3 in one set) and I'm #4 diddy (and I definitely should be above vato, no question tbh)

But whatever. No one else is gonna go get them and if he's not gonna come on the boards how do we know what they are? So far we know he beat you, and some GA players (noticeable ones). But that's it... In any case this shows he does better than you in state, but what about OoS? If you're so adamant about him being better than you, ok, but how does this prove he's better than Vato? He hasn't beaten anyone on his list, so in any case this simply means the list should be:

1. ADHD
2. Gnes
3. Vato
4. Big Lou
5. Player-1
