Regarding a chatroom, I've never seen the problem with having one. The Peach Boards have had one for ages and it's been a success at keeping things under control imo. They help reduce spam and when the first one was still open, it allowed me to get to know everyone. Social groups are good but they just don't have the same effect

Kudos to the new mods btw. I'm seriously impressed at your efforts to make the boards a better place/improve your relationships with the Sonic mains

I've been on Eggmanland for a while, I keep epic failing cos I'm awful at stupid button magic events like

360/PS3's Eggmanland is worse than Wii/PS2's, but that doesn't mean that they aren't hard.

It's just that the 360's version of Eggmanland takes 15 minutes to speed run through (if you're good and NEVER die).

The Wii version takes a good 5-6 minutes if you speed through it.

In fact, I'm gonna record myself speed running Eggmanland shortly.

That level is crazy long. I was about 25 minutes in and still hadn't finished it D;

I was on like the 5th Sonic part though, just past where you have to climb up the inside of the massive cylinder thing.

I'm bad at recalling which is left and which is right in timed conditions.

Spoilurz. I'm still in Chan-nun, or however you spell it. But a 15 minute stage? O_O And is it just me, or are the night time stage songs all better than their day time counterparts? Seriously, the night music is jam.

Except in Chunan, like the actual area, the night time sounds are nice.

And the stage thing kinda evens out. At the start, the night levels are longer then the day levels, but the day levels get pretty long, like the last actual countryish day level (won't tell you the name for fear of spoilurz) will take like 10 minutes to do.

Knuckles Chaotix? Only 2.5 people played it, though.

Also, Shaara from Secret Rings was cool. It was sorta lame when Sonic wished for a million tissues in the ending, though, so she wouldn't cry, or... something. Sonic does not so awesome things sometimes.

I mean a more modern 3D Knuckles game though, with all of Knux's gangster tunes during his levels ala Sonic Adventure 2.

And Sonic has turned lame. If Drummond had done the voicing he wouldn't have made the "million tissues" BS sound so gay.

Secret Rings was good, although frustrating at times. But I think Unleashed will turn out better, once I'm done with it. More variety and whatnot.

I got Unleashed when it came out. I got like....4 continents done? The werehog parts are SOOOO bad I only do little parts at a time. But when I get to a day stage I play straight till the night stages start again. They're SO good.

I loved Secret Rings. A lot of people didn't because they felt him running forward made it like a kiddy Sonic game. That's bull IMO. Sonic has never been about holding up or forward. It's been about navigating obstacles at high speeds to try and get the best times. In that it succeeds.

Also, I support the idea of a wereChip. Why does everyone dislike the night stages so much, though? I admit it starts off slowly, but once you get more combos/attacks, it's pretty fun.

Umm... where am I..... the place after the snow level? Maybe a while past there. Secret Rings sucked until I had actually BEAT the game and went back for time trials. Maybe werehogs the same.

I think the last boss I fought had me throwing.....things and freezing him and attacking these nasty boils. It's been a while since I played. Werehog is fun when you enter that hyper mode though. I can only hope it gets to the point where you're like that constantly.
