I remember seeing a lot of advertising for Rocket Power in my youth. But these days I barely hear any talk about it? Compared to all the other Klasky shows, anyway-
I hear it get brought up in lists of iconic Nicktoons a lot and the one person i've heard actually talk about it in depth i no longer trust their opinion so.....

You're sick too? Sorry to hear that. I hope you feel better soon too.

Anyways, how is it going on the Microsoft-Activision deal?

Though I may answer my own question, I wanna know your thoughts because I found this...

I know the site may not be the best one there, but I saw other sources.

my office, probably

You'll likely see pigs flying in this lifetime then ever seeing WB and Disney ever getting along. LMAO.
Even if it was possible, who the **** would want it? At this point a lot of the big Marvel characters are retired or are about to be, while the DCEU is going through 4 separate identity crises at the same time. Also the superhero fatigue is very real if the recent box office numbers are anything to go by

Pfffft, that's just a myth fam.

Folks will never get tired of superheroes.
Yeah keep telling yourself that, I'm sure musicals, westerns, gangster films, and literally every other genre that was ever popular in Hollywood will agree
I think they were making passable-good movies at that time. Like Wonder Woman, Shazam, and Aqua Man would have got the ball rolling, but they ****ed it up by slapping Justice League in the middle
See that wouldn't be so big an issue if Justice League didn't star their biggest characters. You know, the main reasons people would want such a crossover

The DCEU's problem was that they didn't immediately ditch Snyder after BvS tanked (though they should have ditched him after Man of Steel tbh). They got caught in a dumb situation where a director with completely different sensibilities had to finish his movie with JL and we got two ****ty movies and a cult out of it instead of just the one.

Everyone had to tie their **** in with a guy who wanted Superman to be Miserable Jesus.

Hell, we could've already seen the death of superhero movies with the reception to Batman & Robin. It's only because it happened around the time Blade was being filmed that the genre didn't die.

I'll just wait for the home release to see it again.

I have the ****ing flu. It’s not as bad as covid was but i hate being sick
I think that’s what I have right now. I got tested today though and it all came back negative. Despite all the symptoms and with a 101 fever, clearly something was going on. They still gave me

Hope you feel better though. Haven’t gotten the flu quite bit over the years, it can definitely be rough.

Probably not tbh. The characters would be in Karts like everyone else.
Yeah, I know. I just couldn't resist asking that question.

EDIT: Also, there is this.

I hope Zaslav gets his just desserts. As the head of Warner Bros. losing his job, not actually biting the dust. That'd be wrong.

I mean, it's not like those genres never see new releases. Superheroes are definitely going to stop being The Big Thing one day, but we're still probably going to see at least one every few years for forever. Sony has to **** out a spiderman every five years to keep the rights, and I can't imagine Warner and Disney will ever see Batman or Avengers or whatever as properties that should never get a movie ever again.
